“Flowers arrived a day late but suppose that was down to royal mail. Also the plant was packed upside down so most of the flowers had broken off luckily the recipient knows how to look after them”

“Luckily my nan loved the flowers she received! I was unfortunately slightly disappointed as I didn’t feel they looked like the picture advertised. They did not contain any blue flowers, the bunch was completely white once all opened up. The service was quick, easy and delivered early morning on her birthday which was lovely. I would give the full 5 if maybe some customer photos were posted, but lovely service and lovely flowers regardless. I would still use this service again, but just being mindful you may not receive exactly what is pictured as expected, but also be mindful you may not receive all the flowers pictured.”

“I bought for my sister and her family at Christmas. I decided to check the contents and I'm so pleased I did. Very disappointed with how the hamper was packed. The bottle, although well protected, was very sticky so had obviously leaked out slightly and the cardboard box containing the mince pies was a little squashed underneath. I have rearranged the contents and it now looks presentable and the products seem to be good quality. I'm sure my sister will pass on her own review once consumed”

“I've used bunches for many years , I'd ordered a gift my my sister in laws 70th birthday , she sent me a photo and I was a bit disappointed with what she sent , it looked smaller than I thought she'd get , she said one bloom was broken. I understand that can happen.”

“Bouquet took an extra day to arrive and the greenery was starting to wilt and small white flowers starting to go brown. Roses not expected to last for more than two or three days, but other plants looked ok.”

“Unfortunately didn’t arrive on preferred delivery date and a bit sparse flower wise also no seed packets or bits which normally there is . I have never experienced this with bunches as normally they are great ! hence why I’ve used them again again .”

“Arrived quite withered, with one flower unable to support itself. They were also very sparse and not at all what the picture showed. Fed and watered for a few days, which revived them slightly. But still quite sad looking and withered.”

“Arrived one day late, with 4 days in transit and no moisture for cut flowers, they didn’t arrive in the best of condition. In all the years I have used bunches for sending flowers this is the first time they have not performed at their best.”
