“Some of the blooms were badly damaged and these took away the beauty of the bouquet. Also the roses didn't open at all, but just withered and died.”

“Beautiful flowers and plants, BUT I am 81 years old and not all that good on the computer, I live in Italy so need the service of a company that their website is easy to use. Unfortunately, recently I wanted to send some flowers and your webpage for orders was all over the place, so I had to book with one of your competitors.....and had no problems whatsoever. I cannot fill in the two questionnaires below as I have only now subitted my concern!!!!!”

“Bunches followed my directions well. The purchase was intended for my daughter Ammarra who turned 14 on the 27th October. She lives with her mother sister and step father. The order was initially refused by my daughters household who declared “no one of that name lives here”. The delivery was instructed by myself to try again the following day successfully.”

“Order not delivered till day after delivery date, despite my receiving tracking confirmation. Recipients were pleased with flowers & gifts, but had waited for delivery day before, on expected delivery date.”

“Flowers were lovely as usual, however the package didn’t fit through the letterbox! I have ordered many letterbox flowers and they have always fitted but this box didn’t. It was lucky my Mum spotted the postman otherwise it would have been a further 2 days before re-delivery. Very disappointed the boxes are too big ☹️”

“I ordered from Bunches as I done several times but when my friend sent me a photo of her flowers they didn't seem to be many flowers in the bunch compared to wheat and artificial white fluff I realise the bunch was still partly in bud but the bunch still appeared to be a bit sparse. I may think twice about using Bunches 8n the future.”

“While eecipient says flowers were v good, my review is "lukewarm " 'cos Bunches subsequent persistent follow up advertising [ e mail; YouTube etc] extremely annoying to extent I'll definitely avoid them in future.”

“I am usually happy with the quality and quantity of bouquets supplied but was very disappointed with my last order. As I was visiting my brother and his wife in Surrey I had ordered a bouquet which arrived during my stay with them. It bore a passing resemblance to the picture on the web page but looked considerably smaller even allowing for the fact that the flowers were in bud. I haven’t had time to query the order but take this opportunity of doing so.”

“I ordered flowers for a very sick friend - out my name and address in the first part of the order - then completed the part with my friends address but it without realising - I too had the same bunch delivered to myself as well to my friend. Ultimately I paid £20.88 twice. Not very happy!!”

“I chose this company because of positive reviews,but sadly I can't agree. The service was good, but on inspection of the photo my sister sent me of her flowers, the recieved arrangement was obviously less abundant than the advertised image - being short of one rose,one carnation and two sprigs of statice. This was one of the more expensive arrangements too. It is a shame I can't post a photo of the compared bouquets. In the future I would also look for an arrangement that comes in a box with water. This way you are paying for the arrangement design as well.”
