“was most disappointed in my purchase being sent to my friend for her 80th birthday .when i saw them there was not the amount of stems ordered and the boquet was looking half died . this is the first time i have had to complain”

“I have always used Cornish Blooms and have had good service. But I was disappointed that the flowers i ordered didn’t reach the birthday girl on the date requested. It was one of the available dates so please don’t offer a date if you can’t come up with the goods. A weak excuse from Bunches.com!!”

“Ordered a large bouquet, but arrived nothing like the picture. Even after they were in full bloom, they were, I would say, medium to small bunches of flowers. Very deceiving picture and will not be purchasing from here again. Lasted a long time, hence the 3 stars.”

“The flowers didn't arrive on the day requested but two days later . They were weary and a couple of heads hanging off. They did perk up the next day . The lady receiving them was happy with them but I was disappointed as they were for a 100th birthday.”

“Sadly I was very disappointed in the quality of the flowers this time. This was a birthday gift for my friend. I normally get my flowers, if I have a special occasion from Bunches and the normally are of a high standard.”

“Would normally give more stars as used before but flowers were for a gift for a Birthday and were delivered to wrong address and therefore having to go hunting for them only for them. Once detected they were looking rather limp and sorry for themselves.”

“I think it was jolly expensive for a small bunch PLUS postage also rang the bell and left on doorstep not a very good welcome x I think I will stick to Waitrose or M&S in future.”
