Absolutely disgraceful, will not order again. I was shocked to see a picture of the flowers once delivered, they look NOTHING like the picture, in fact they were crappy and cheap looking, and it looked like half the bouquet was missing!!!! Tried calling to complain, no answer, sent 2 emails, no reply. DO NOT USE

Awful. Sent an email on Saturday 5th March and yet to receive a reply. Appalling, especially after how many times I have purchased from bunches. Not happy! Matthew Davies

Really gutted about the gift for mum flowers. Friends thought it was a joke they looked so bad. Looked nothing like what I ordered and half the flowers were dead ? What was supposed to be a special delivery turned into a joke. Even had to buy more flowers to make up for them. 1st and last time if that's the quality.

The flowers, in my opinion, would never look like the picture on the website. There didn't appear to be many stems and I certainly don't think they were worth £19.

Very poor show so bad was to embarased to give them to my mum.Could have bought a better bunch at tesco for under £5.

My mum received the parcel on Friday so was on time for mothers day...Unfortunately most of the petals on the roses were rotten..considering that mothers day not until the Sunday I would've hoped that the flowers would have been fresh so they would have lasted until then but instead she had to throw some of them away. I have asked her to send me photos she has taken so I can pass them on to you but I'm afraid I have used other Internet florists previously that had better standard of flowers and therefore in future I will be using them again and not yourself. ...I was disappointed enough that couldn't spend mothers day with my mum but for her to receive a bunch of flowers that were no good disappointed me even more.

Really disappointed looked nothing like the picture and just a few flowers in bud.wont be using them again.the flowers were for my mother in law and I was embarrassed that this is what I had sent her

I was just about to email you to complain about the flowers my mother in law received. She really tried to make them look nice but there was so little she could do with the small amount of stems it looked just dreadful. The gyp was the only thing that looked reasonable. I have a photo of the freesias in the vase and you can see exactly how pathetic they look. I have been using you for years and this is the first time your company has disappointed me. It has been made all the worse as I recently had an argument with my mother in law and this was a way towards as moving on. She was obviously not impressed. Very disappointed in my mum's mother's day flowers they may slightly look like the picture but there is no where near the amount and not worth £20 I'd say barely worth £5, in future I will buy from a shop my mum didn't even ring to say thank you so I know she was just as disappointed

When I arrived to see my Mother and saw the Bunches bouquet that I had ordered for delivery I was extremely disappointed at the size of the bouquet which was not even posy sized and very insignificant, surrounded by a pink halo that was larger than the flower arrangement. I will not be ordering again.

Nothing like the pictures advertised. Ordered a Mother's Day 'Bouquet' which turned out to be a handful of wilted flowers looking thin and stringy. Highly embarrassed when I saw them in the light of day. Would not recommend and would never use again. Stay away.

£28 for mothers day flowers and when my mum opened them they were limp she sent me a photo of them and I was disgusted and completely embarrassed by them would never recommend infact I would say avoid bunches like the plague complete let down

very disappointed with the flowers that I received.There were only 18 flowers instead of 21 as stated on your website. The freesia are all white when they should be YELLOW. Some of the buds had broken off the freesia,and the gypsophilia was 1 very small broken twig,I chose that particular bouquet because of the lovely blue,white and yellow vibrant colours.I did not want a plain blue and white bunch,buts that's what I have paid over £27[ including postage] for.I should have gone to the local co-op supermarket, and I would have got lots of lovely flowers for half the price, like I usually do.Also the freesias have no smell whatsoever.The bouquet is supposed to be scented.The chocolates [BUTTONS] are a bit of an insult.Better not to send anything at all.The only good thing was the delivery.IT CAME ON TIME.

sorry to say I was very disappointed and felt so sorry for my 74 year old mother yesterday when her mother's day flowers came I paid 25.99 for the larger ones which if I had seen them before hand no way would I have paid that much for them I also order 2 sets for each of my daughters off their children I would off been better off keeping my money not happy at all

Flowers received were not as pictured, the bunch looked very thin and disappointing. Do not be deceived by the images.

Will never use your service again... ordered a large version of Berry Charm with free chocolates and £7.95 guaranteed delivery. What arrived to my terminally ill mother consisted of 1stem of purple carnations, 1 stem of purple and white edged carnations, 1 stem of freesia and 1 stem of gypsophilia. The free chocolates consisted of 6 chocs ina clear bag and not as portrayed on your website in a small presention box. Delivered from Nottingham, your keeping the spirit of Robin Hood alive, rob people blind.....

the first time i ordered these i was so happy , they came mainly buds and lasted well over a week. I ordered for my second time for mothers day and they were already in full bloom with dead edges and lasted a couple of days. Such a shame . I wont be ordering again
