“I have used Binches for several years & usually happy with flowers I sent to my 94 year old mum who’s in a residential home.. However the flowers I last sent couple weeks ago for mother’s day we’re very sparse & not as many as in the website photo. Please take this comment into a/c & hopefully in future the flowers should look more like website photos!”

“I ordered flowers for Mothers day for my Mother in law. I then visited her on Thursday to see that some were already dying off. When I buy flowers from my local supermarket they usually last over a week, sometimes two, so I was a little disappointed to see my Mother in law's flowers were already past their best.”

“I wasn't very happy with the delivery. The delivery person left the flowers under a pot and didn't knock on the door or leave a card. They weren't found until Monday and the were for mother's day so very disappointed”

“The flowers were lovely when they arrived. However - despite following instructions the flowers started to die off within a few days. In fact I received 2 other bunches on the same day that were purchased at a much lower price from supermarkets and they are still fresh and have plenty of life left so rather disappointing.”

“Order process easy and good choice of flowers, however they arrived a day earlier than anticipated so the recipient wasn't home till the next day, fortunately another family member was home to accept delivery. After 3 days the flowers looked less than fresh and had begun to wilt (despite being in water), the bouquet was also smaller than I expected (as I have ordered from these from Bunches before). The recipient was satisfied with the flowers however, but I was rather disappointed as the purchaser.”
