Very pleased with the flowers and vase. However, the candle I ordered with it did not arrive and I’m still waiting to hear back about re sending it or a refund.

For the first time in many years I was disappointed with Bunches. I ordered two Bunches to be delivered to different addresses in Erdington, Birmingham. However both of them ended up at the same address and my friend had to deliver the other one to the correct address. I have never had a problem before in over 15 years of using the service.

I was really impressed with delivery and overall service was fantastic. However some of the flowers were partly dead and they didn’t last very long at all.

Service was fantastic as usual but the quality of the flowers was very disappointing this time with the roses only lasting three days

The flowers were delivered on time and in great condition. They looked lovely. The reason for the score of 3 is that they were fragrant-less which is an essential element.

At the start bunches were great with there packaging of there plants,however now it's poor ,my mum got her plant in a box which was only held together with 2 bits of cardboard & some of the ground had spilt out, all in all I would say bunches isn't the same. It's family owned but the parents that had it at first was the best now they've retired ,things have fallen down a bit. I won't be ordering from bunches again.

Not as nice as I’d hoped for considering the price. Recipient photo wasn’t good.

I ordered the flowers as a surprise for a friend. She missed the delivery and because of reduced opening hours and days was unable to collect the flowers. Your flowers looked lovely online and I was really disappointed that my friend didn’t get them and they were left to rot in a post office unappreciated.

Even though I did get a discount for Bunch of flowers I ordered and flowers where lovely once they opened There didn’t seem to be many flowers in the bunch ,, bit disappointed.

I’ve ordered from Bunches.co.uk in the past but this time I was disappointed. The flowers looked nothing like the illustration & some died before they opened out.

Mum thrilled with freesias.. beautiful mix of colours, many flowers in bud on arrival so long vase-life but very disappointed they arrive a day late so I was one of the expected 5% failures, would otherwise be a 5-star rating

Delivery was exceptional but the flowers came half dead and not at all as full as what it showed in the picture. Very dissapointed but the flowers that hadn't died were v pretty.

Arrived on time which was great! The flowers we beautiful, however there were very little of them, compared to what the picture advertised and for the price, which was quite disappointing.

Had a very good start to using Bunches, but unfortunately the last three orders, by myself & family, have been substandard. although 1 order was replaced with a different order & we gave another couple of orders & have been quite disappointed.

My friend who had just come out of hospital said the bunch of floers was really lvoely, but 2 of the stems were broken.

The spring collection that i ordered did not match your picture, there were no white chrysanthemums, but to many daisies.

The flowers available were good enough. The price was generally acceptable. The delivery options were limited. But the disappointing part was that they couldn't be bothered to deliver the order to the correct house. They had a cheek to take a picture of the door that they delivered it to. The house owner had to deliver it to the correct address. Not good enough on that last point. The rest of it was just ok for me. But I would use them again, but I would want better service. Service is king and good service gains repeat business, but I'm willing to give companies a couple of chances to get it right.

As a flowers by post company we do rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts are delivered safely and on time. Unfortunately, they have severely let us down on this occasion.
