Disappointing, had I realised there was a massive discount applied at the last minute to the bill I would have increased the value & upgraded my order. Instead the delivery to my Aunty was sparse and disappointing Ooops!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Flowers arrived promptly. Initially pleased, but after a couple of days most of the flowers faded & some went brown with some buds not opening at all. Had similar experience with previous order, flowers not lasting. Older orders had been much better at lasting. Disappointed.

The item delivered just about matched the 'very artistic' photograph. I'll be looking very carefully next time to ensure I get my own decent photograph of what was delivered.

Once the flowers were retrieved from the door step they were very nice. I did put in the comments on this order that they would have to be patient as the lady they were for was not able to move quickly, but this was ignored. She had to get someone to pick them up for her. Not impressive.

Flowers were not delivered as recipient not in; she couldn't get to the Post office for three days. Didn't occur to me that you wouldn't leave flowers on the doorstep. Disappointing.

Roses arrived a little disheveled and slightly browned at the edges They lasted less than a week.

Lovely flowers when they were finally collected from post office 3 days after posting. Postman should have tried to leave with a neighbour and not taken back to depot. This was a Friday and couldn't be collected until Monday. They could have died. Please inform post office

We do explain that Royal Mail's policy is to take them back to the depot after leaving a calling card. A delivery request can be added to the order, however any request is carried out at the discretion of the delivery driver. I have a mixed review! One bunch arrived and were beautiful, the other bunch was returned to the company as no one was in to receive them at the specific time of delivery. I wish they had been left in a safe space so the flowers could be enjoyed and not totally wasted.

When the recipient is not home the flowers are taken to the local depot after a calling card is left for the recipient. these can then be collected or a delivery re-arranged. I was a bit disappointed with the flowers delivery there was a mix up with royal mail delivery on Saturday 5th it went to there depot .it was delivered the next day on sunday but my friend said not very fresh. I am sorry to complain but no trouble in past

I ordered flowers for my niece as her mother had just died. I received an email at 16.53 the day before delivery was due to say the delivery would be delayed by up to two days. By the time I opened it customer service was closed. The following day I spoke to your representative who was extremely unhelpful. I explained my niece was returning to Cornwall from Norfolk and might not be able to take delivery. She told me if I had a problem I should have responded to the email to change the order and was quite rude. The order was upgraded to tracked and in fact arrived the following day. The flowers were beautiful and my niece was delighted. So well done for the lovely flowers but poor customer service.

I was disappointed when my floral gift arrived two days late for my friend's 70th birthday. I had to phone her and so the surprise was gone. I realise there was a public holiday earlier in the week but I was relying on the "90% arrive on the day". Don't think I would risk a Royal Mail delivery in the future.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful BUT they had completely wilted in just under two days which was disappointing for the price I paid.

Previously I have sent flowers and there have been no problems. On this occasion they were delayed which was disappointing. The person who received them said they were lovely which is what really matters.

I use bunches quite regularly but for some reason when I placed 2 orders together the website got mixed up and said the wrong flowers with wrong message was going to the wrong people. I contacted customer services straight away and was told that the orders had been rectified. 2 days latter the flowers were delivered but to the wrong people with the wrong message ( birth of a new BABY and 70th birthday!) . Not great but that’s the first problem I’ve had with them

Very easy service and a lot of variety of flowers to choose from. Also free card is lovely design. Flower was not fully blossomed, bit disappointed when it came through.

I was slightly disappointed because the flowers were left at the front door and it was only after I phoned my friend to say they had been delivered that she found them Her daughter died from cancer a few days before I ordered the flowers from Bunches. I live in France and have used the firm before but I was disappointed with them I realise the actual flowers from the Web site may vary There were the correct amount of flowers but it did look different although my friend was delighted with them Marilyn Pantling
