Always very happy with Bunches but the last bouquet I wasn’t impressed by considering how much I paid - a little disappointed

They were left with a neighbour as the recipient was unfortunately out but no card was put through letter box to tell them and when they were eventually brought round they were very much wilted . I have used Bunches on many occasions without any problems . And always total satisfaction , so a little disappointed on this occasion

Arrived on time but as they were sent to someone else I do not know their state on arrival.

The flowers came on the day requested, and we removed the brown petals mostly on the outside of the roses as recommended. However, the roses still never looked great, although the freesias did.

Amount of flowers actually delivered was disappointing and looked at least half what was advertised, what would cost £5 in the shops. Appreciate there was delivery and a candle but poor value for £27.

Flowers arrived on time. Matched description given. Small daisies were slightly dead. Other flowers in full bloom. Would have liked for them to have been slightly tighter so they would have lasted longer. Quite expensive.

Very disappointed with the last order delivered to Thorpe Healey, £35. 99p & most flowers dead &thrown away in less than a week.

Flowers were delivered on time and looked good. However, they only lasted a week which was disappointing.

Sorry Bunches but I thought I was ordering from Marks and Spencers flowers page- I had no idea until I pressed the last button that your company had somehow "got in the way" of M&S. My recipient was very pleased though.

I have no problems with Bunches and have always had excellent service with flowers being delivered when they said they would be. The flowers are always excellent. Unfortunately my last order was not received - although the tracking system said it had been delivered. I am sure it was an unfortunate happening and will not put me off using Bunches in the future.

Ordered a bouquet of freesias on behalf of my children for their Dad for Father's Day, his favourite flowers and he loves their perfume. They arrived on time, and were a lovely bouquet. However the flowers have no perfume at all. The white fressias in the bouquet should be the most perfumed. Disappointed.

Bunch arrived on time and in good condition. However the blooms didn’t really open but withered, the peonies never opened at all. Disappointed.

Although the flowers were of excellent value i was very disappointed that they were delivered a day early and not on the day specified as this could of caused issues and spoilt the surprise

Long lasting flowers so far (1 week since arrival) BUT i purchased a 15 stem bouquet and there are 4 flowers missing, a whole variety that were supposed to be supplied with weren't there for which i was only offered a £3 refund.

Many of the flowers that I ordered, while lving abroad, arrived at their destinations in quite poor condition. Bunches have apologised for that but the disappointment remains.

Having treated myself to the peonie bouquet, costing nearly £30, I am very disappointed the flowers have not opened at all, and the whole bouquet is almost ready for disposal. Such a shame, as I was expecting a lovely 'blousy' show from the peonies and other complimentary flowers.

I bought the flowers for my daughters birthday so I only saw them when she sent me a picture, they were nice but next time instead of them in a box would be nice as a tied bunch
