Beautiful flowers, but they arrived a day late for my friends birthday, I ordered them the week before, so was a bit disappointed.

Have bought flowers for many years from you and been satisfied. However I sent 2 bunches to my daughters and I was rather disappointed with their photos of them. They didn't look at all like your photos even after they'd opened.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to the carers of the home my daughter lives in as an appreciation of all that they do but was a little disappointed in the amount of flowers in the bouquet although I was assured they smelt lovely

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Post Office didn’t deliver or sent tracking no. I did pay extra. My daughter staff Nurse on Covid ward. Very upset 😢 wasn’t delivered.

Flowers were a gift. Recipient said they were nice but I didn’t see them. I was very disappointed that they didn’t arrive on the day they were ordered for (her birthday) even though ordered well ahead.

Flowers always good but problems with delivery no confirmation that the person has received them without ringing them up and asking. Also one lot of flowers were not able to be deliver so left a note saying they were at post office for collection but no indication they were flowers so when the couple collected them they were in a poor state I’m sorry but will have to look for another flower company

I am a bit disappointed that they haven’t lasted very long , they have gone brown and some have already died.and yet a bunch of roses I had from the supermarket opened up and have been lovely for three weeks .

My order was placed on 13 April 2020 and I can appreciate the current circumstances but I am slightly disappointed the flowers were not delivered on my sister in laws birthday which was 21 April 2020. The delivery was made 22 April 2020 the day after. I have no complaint regarding the flowers and I did receive an apology but I had to enquire first with regard to my order.

I ordered for a bereaved friend on the 9th of April and asked for delivery on the 21st but they weren't delivered till the 23rd.

Unfortunately the flowers arrived a day later than the selected date so the daisies were very droopy. Probably not Bunches fault due to the current situation with postal services overwhelmed and less deliveries than usual, but a little disappointing.

Unfortunately although ordered a week before needed they were delivered 5 days late due to problems in the Cardiff sorting office so the flowers were not as fresh as hoped. This was not Bunches fault though & I would use the company again. Thank you.

My daughter was pleased with her flowers but it was vert annoying that Royal Mail didn’t as promised let us know the delivery approximate time. She would have been in if she had known. She had only gone to collect preordered bread. Also I haven’t yet been charged for the flowers. Laura Poole 48 CF5 2DE
