The recipient thought the flowers were very nice. Delivered on time. Good value. Incorrect name on the package so the package was delivered to the wrong address

Dont believe that the Royal Mail delivery option will arrive on time 95% of the time as advertised on their website mine arrived 2 days late when ordered well in advance. Customer service were not interested. Very disappointing. Flowers were OK

I used this company as I had heard good reports and as I was unable to get to a florist due to covid I thought it was an ideal opportunity. However I was a little bit disappointed with the amount of flowers that arrived at my mother's and the iris's did not even last week. Doubt I will use them again :(

Delivery as requested and looked good. Wife was pleased however they did not last beyond a few days & had to be thinned out. I would have expected them to have lasted longer.

Ordered 3 identical bunches of flowers to be delivered to family the next day. 2 arrived on time, but one took 2 additional days to arrive. Disappointing

Been using bunches for a number of years now and I have to say these are the poorest flowers I have had and I paid for the extra stem's.

Website easy to navigate and use. Selection of bouquets and arrangements are beautiful. However I chose a gorgeous and quite expensive bouquet for my Mum and Dads anniversary but its barely lasted 5 days. I appreciate that we're in lockdown & maybe this is why they've not lasted as long. I am also aware that some cut flowers don't last as long as as others but I thought they were delivered in bud to get maximum enjoyment which wasn't the case here. Very disappointed given the cost.

Ordered the fresias as they were billed as fragrant. There is no smell to them whatsoever. Disappointed.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Unfortunately flowers did not arrive on time, and some were not at their best when they did. However I have been buying from Bunches for many years and appreciate these are difficult times but I did feel my concern when I got in touch could have been more sympathetically handled

Delivery was 4 days late. Freesias only lasted 2days but the carnations are still good.

Went for Bunches, because other flower providers couldn't guarantee the exact same compositions as on the pictures due to current Covid-19 situation and limited flower supplies. Unfortunately the bouquet looked very different to the original image with way more green than on the photo (even after it blossomed). It was clear that the flower choices were different. Whilst flowers were fresh, it was quiet disappointing experience as I was expecting the bouquet I chose, not the custom made. Completely understand that the current situation made it harder for some florists to promise the same compositions, however they were open and honest on their website to inform customers about this.

Flowers were lovely when they arrived , but I wasn't happy that I ordered them the 16th April to arrive 24th for my sister's birthday. They didn't arrive until 25th the day after. So I wasn't impressed at all .

The flowers were fresh and have lasted well. They weren’t quite as meadow like as I’d imagined. There were one or two very gaudy stripey edged flowers which ruined the natural effect so I binned those and then it looked much nicer. On the whole I am quite pleased and might try again at some point.

The order did arrive on time. My friend sent me a photo of flowers received. There didn’t seem that many flowers to me. Not quite what I had expected from what I had ordered. Perhaps this is because of the present situation re coronavirus? Perhaps you should make people aware that there might be shortages in the present situation? Anyway, I was relieved that it was delivered on time.
