I ordered 2 bunches of flowers and 2 hampers to be delivered to two different addresses, one of which was in an apartment block. I requested a call to the recipient to let the delivery in but the driver just followed someone else in and left the delivery in the communal hall.

It is extremely disappointing as we have such a high standard and try to make every order perfect. We use nationwide couriers to delivery our gifts and unfortunately, they do not make telephone calls to the recipient to arrange delivery. Kind Regards - bunches

Nice flowers, despite paying extra for on-time delivery they was a day late. Also when arrived, after taking out of the box I must have lost about 8 heads as they were a bit crammed in!!!. Undecided whether I will order again as they were very pretty flowers just a little disappointed on losing perfectly good heads with being too cramped in

Have ordered many bunches of flowers in the past and never been disappointed until now. Although they werent in a bad condition on arrival they did not last as long as all previous bunches.

Disappointed that flowers did not arrive on time. Understand you rely on Royal Mail but under current circumstances perhaps they could have been posted earlier. Early delivery rather than late is the better option.First time I have felt let down.Flowers were in good condition when delivered. Received a picture from recipient.

However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. The date the gift was ordered bears no relevance on when the gift is dispatched. As explained within our delivery terms the gift is dispatched 1 working day prior to your chosen date. Service and flowers were good, disappointed flowers were diy and not a bouquet - sign of the times?

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered two bunches one for my mother and one for my sister - full bouquets rather than letter box ones. My sister's one arrived droopy and nearly dead as there was no oasis or anything just bare stems. The bunch did mostly recover when placed in water and the lilies bloomed beautifully. My mother's one, however arrived in great condition and she was thrilled, so I am sure the issue with my sisters was an unfortunate one-off.

Last week I had 2 separate orders, one order was perfect in every way. The other order did not have my name inside the card therefore my daughter didn't know who the flowers were from. My family have used Bunches for a number of years now and never had any problems so I was just a bit disappointed that this happened.

Didnt turn up on time,were a day late,a little worse for wear on arrival,due to not being delivered on Saturday as requested, but arrived on Monday instead. After a good drink and a trim they picked up,but didnt last as long as i would have expected. Disappointing

I recently ordered two separate flower deliveries. Both people said the flowers were nice, but I live in Canada and was not able to see or get a photo of the flowers. I trust that they were not just being polite.

There wasn't enough of each flower. There were only a 1 stalk of the gerbia and 3 of the fushia but lots of the carnations

the flowers came on time but were not quite as expected there were chrisants in the bunch and I thought that it was supposed to be just carnations and gypsy.

Ordered 4 lots of 12 carnations @£16.00. 2 were delivered to same address which as Bunches said had to be my fault for putting same address on 2 order forms. The 3rd one had 16 sprays and not 12, and the 4th looked like they would not last the 2 weeks as stated they would last. All 4 were delivered on the correct date.
