The process was easy and the flowers arrived on time but I was not impressed as they looked less than attractive - maybe they improved with time but the recipient sent me a picture and I felt disappointed especially for the cost.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey.. The bouquet of choice is not from our hand tied range and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given a little time to bloom to resemble our online image. Both the flowers I sent to my sister and those she sent to me were both delayed and arrived on Saturday April 11th instead of Thursday April 9th. Fortunately, I think my sisters were OK but those I received never really recovered from being without water. Disappointing but not your fault as situation causing delays. Normally very pleased.

I recently ordered flowers to arrive to a relative as an extra birthday surprise, although my order stated that there was a 93% guarantee of the flowers arriving on the chosen date, & I made the order in good time, but I was very disappointed that the flowers did not arrive until 2 days after the Birthday. I realise it is difficult times at the moment during the Lockdown, but that was precisely the reason why I sent the flowers to the person whose Birthday it was, who lived alone & had to spend the day alone. As the message clearly contained a Birthday Greeting, I had hoped A special effort might have been made. But the flowers, I understand were of a good standard.

Unfortunately unless you pay the extra cost for courier the deliveries are, in my experience, always late. My mother-in-law died before the flowers arrived. I can't really afford the extra cost to supposedly guarantee delivery so there's no point in me using Bunches.

Flowers seemed a little past their best, roses slightly discoloured at edges. Delivered on time, well packaged. Card nice and lovely addition of sunflower seeds.

The carnations arrived rather loosely packed,two blooms were in poor condition, and none were in bud but fully open. Two of the flowers had to be thrown away today. This falls short of your normal standard, as others I've had,have arrived in good condition and lasted for more than the two weeks you say they should. I am making these comments as you have requested a review, and as I have already stated this is not what is expected from Bunches. I hope this review is of help to you. Yours P. Wise

This was the first time i had used them and when i placed my order it was for delivery 16th April but when the confirmation email came it said delivery was 18th April.When i tried to phone them they were closed for Easter.until the 16th.Emailed them and got a call on the 16th saying the delivery was 18th.Not really good enough as it was for a special occasion.

I appreciate that with lockdown things are difficult but I ordered a bouquet and cake for my mother in law who’s 85 and isolated and they weren’t delivered on time. They arrived two days late and I’m extremely disappointed. When they weren’t delivered on the appointed I contacted Bunches by email who said they only guarantee 93% of deliveries on the correct day. I wasn’t made aware of this and won’t be using the company again.

2 no orders arrived 3 went astray. Customer Help would not listen all the time stating conformation has been sent. Only problem sent to an E-Mail address that 3 years previously had been told the E-Mail address had changed making out it was my mistake even though they had been instructed and account info failed.

When it came we thought at first it looked like flowers u get from a petrol station with plastic wrapper around it. Not what we thought. The flowers themselves have opened and are nice.

I ordered two items of flowers to be delivered on specific dates and neither was delivered on the dates I asked for one should have been on the 9 April for a gift and the second which was 12 roses I asked to be delivered on 24th April for their ruby wedding anniversary but they both got them on 11 April so this was most disappointing

The delivery service selected is a 1-3 working day delivery sue to delays with Royal Mail in light of the Covid-19 outbreak. We have reviewed both orders and confirm your selected date was 8th April. Unfortunately the flowers I ordered were delayed due to Good Friday not being a delivery day by Post Office. I requested Thursday my mistake.However the tulips did last a week. I have good flowers from you in the past. Stay safe

I placed 3 orders all to arrive at different addresses on the same date. One arrived two days late, the second three days late. The recipient of the 3rd I wait to hear from. I am assured that the flowers are beautiful, but I cannot help but wonder if the longevity and quality is reduced due to the lateness of delivery.

Sadly x1 of the x4 orders I placed didn’t arrive on time so the Easter gesture was completely missed. However bunches have offered to send another bunch of flowers which was a nice gesture even though it won’t be Easter

flowers sent to me lasted three weeks marvellous but the flowers sent to my mother mrs A Sprules was not so great she said the tulips were not very good

My order was really lovely my daughter loved it flowers red wine and birthday cake the only problem I had was panicking she wasernt going to get it on or before her birthday could do with a bit more communicate in when the parcel is on it's way and day it's going to arrive that's the only problem I had but a part from that great thank u for the lovely order
