“Not delivered on correct date even giving several days notice. Know it is dependent on Royal Mail but I had been advised it would be on the right date between 10 45 and 12 45 but was actually delivered the next day”

“I recently ordered a buch of flowers for a birthday gift. I inadvertently chose an anniversary card. As soon as I realised I rang customers service and it was sorted very quickly. My recipient rang on opening her flowers and was blown away by them. I haven't had the same response on using a different online florist. Brilliant service and always Bunches for me from now on...”
