“I recently ordered two flower arrangements from Bunches to arrive on the same day at different locations, both in London boroughs. One did not arrive on the arranged day and following the tracking, ended up in Cardiff instead of in London. I emailed to that effect. The flowers that arrived were tired and certainly not worth what I had paid for them. There was no apology for this or offer to resend others. I shan't use Bunches again.”

This clearly hasn't met the standards we expect to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. receiving flowers that weren't in good condition, is absolutely not acceptable. “Wasn't really impressed with the flowers or lack of them to be honest , when my sister sent me the pics, I wasn't impressed at all , two days after her birthday I went over and took two more lots of flowers for her and ended up being cheaper”

“The Irises and freesias were a gift to my daughter in law to say thankyou, and, spookily, it was actually her birthday. Well, that was a result then! Anyway, she loved them, a really pretty bunch to welcome spring!”

“Lovely flowers, arrived on time. My friend was very pleased. My only small observation would be that when she sent me a photo the day she received them they appeared to be fully open. I'd expected them to be all in bud so that they'd last as long as possible.”
