“This order was for my friends wedding anniversary. They were the poorest display I have seen. My friends daughter also gave them a bunch of flowers from a supermarket costing £10 and they were far superior to the ones from 'Bunches'. This was the second time this had happened to me, but last time Bunches replaced them. I did not bother to complain this time, but I will not use your company again.”

“My aunty could not wait to contact me to thank me for the beautiful hand tied flowers. She loved the lavender colours and they were in a good condition. I was pleased that I had sent the same flowers to a dear friend as well. However, it took a while for my aunty to work out that it was me who sent the flowers. Her son in law eventually found the little card on the bottom of the packaging- perhaps it needs to be placed somewhere more obvious.”

“OKAY I have tried a few of these online floweer delivery companies at some poiunt i have been let down on different aspects of the process , so BUNCHES gave them a try this delivery was so important as it reflected a sad time in our life 43 years ago ,so delivery was good ,on time ,the packaging was qualiity (not cheap looking )the comtents "flowers" was as ordered if not better than the picture, I am looking at them now a week later still look good many thabks”
