“Always on time delivery and the recipients are invariably pleased. However, I have learned from seeing a photo of my most recent flower delivery that "standard" is not very large at all and so I will move my order up to the next level next time.”

“Royal mail tried to deliver but recipient not in. Appears recipient didn't arrange another delivery. Flowers were for a bereavement and were not received. Bunches service was very satisfactory.”
