“The flowers arrived on time. Unfortunately, one of the stems of the variegated carnations was broken which, given that it was a 12-stem bunch, was quite noticeable for the overall appearance. The flowers all came out beautifully, including the very short one!”

“We were very disappointed this time . It was due to be delivered on 16th Dec, was received by courier on 15th but not delivered until 17th. I rang and the lovely lady at Bunches apologised and said the courier had let them down. Unusual , Bunches are so good normally .”

“My last purchase was a real disappointment. I have been a satisfied customer for many years but I was shocked when my mother thought that my last purchase (her Xmas present) was a knock-off from the local Tesco express. I hope standards are not dropping.”

“What they sent was not what was in the photo, more like a bunch of carnations. I emailed with photos and received a patronising comment about arrangement / time for them to settle etc. but in all honesty they didn’t give a s**t. I won’t be back mainly because of the customer service.”

“Having used Bunches for years, I ordered flowers for a neighbours 70th Birthday to arrive on 13/12/22. Unfortunately they did not arrive on that date due to the postal strikes but they did 6 days later in very good condition.”

“When I ordered the flowers on Thursday they were due to be delivered on Saturday but they weren't delivered until Monday! I didn't get a response to my email and it was pure luck that the flowers were still nice.”

“I give a low rating due to delivery problem by Royal Mail. Ordered flowers on Wednesday evening with promised delivery for Friday. I needed this delivery precisely on Friday due to family member bereavement. Tracking clearly stated that it will be delivered Friday, but it never arrive. Read tracking before the midnight and it said that were unable to deliver as address was inaccessible?! Whatever this means. Eventually Royal Mail delivered the bouquet at 10 am on Saturday. But the worry about freshness of flowers and disappointment of being too late for occasion spoilt everything. The flowers were good but too late. May be Bunches should consider another delivery service provider in future as I definitely will”

“I know it wasn't your fault, but the flowers were just left on the doorstep. This was realised too late for me to ask someone nearby to take them in. My relatives didn't return until a few days later than expected.”
