“I ordered birthday flowers for a friend living away. For the second year running the flowers arrived after the date requested - when I contacted Customer Services their responses were inaccurate and offered no goodwill. Will try a different company next year.”

“The flowers were for my mother's funeral. They looked beautiful. But my only complaint was, that I didn't get three of every flower that i was promised. This was an expensive bouquet, so I expect to receive what I pay for..”

“I placed two orders on the same day the one to Bristol, arrived in perfect condition the one to Reading was damaged. Some of the flowers were damaged as the box had been crushed before being delivered. They were left on the doorstep and no one rang the doorbell or knocked to say they have been delivered. This was a shame as I have used your company on several occasions and normally received a very good service.”

“Sorry but I've ordered flowers for a long time and it's the first time I'm not satisfied. As I live French and living in France I haven't seen the flowers physically. I've seen them on Facetime and they seemed sad and not fresh so I'm disappointed.”

“Not as nice as the picture. The main blooms were fine but the smaller flowers were long passed their best. The foliage was dried up and leaves brown, which let the overall look down. I saw the flowers 2 days after delivery and tried to rearrange to make them look better but the leaves on the foliage shed when I touched them.. Slightly disappointed / embarrassed as they were a gift.”

“In many years your service was amazing , now like here DPD Fastway and An Post for Amazon just drop the parcel anywhere never ask for a signature , we have no idea if the flowers reached my daughter in the UK.”

“After ordering 2 lots of flowers to 2 different members of my family at the same time, I realised I’d put the wrong tags to each set of flowers. afterwards sent an email to correct this, was unable to correct it even though given full names of each! Good job I was able to explain to both of family's what had happened!!”

“First time use. Wasn't impressed. Despite being in, the delivery man left flowers outside on the doorstep, without ringing or knocking. 1.5 hours later in the heat, I picked them up, only after a confirmation e-mail was received. The Oriental Orchids were nice, but they have not progressed in 10 days. No fragrance, buds are still buds, even though we followed the recommendations regarding light, positioning etc. they are fine, but I would not order them again.”

“I asked for the flowers to be delivered 27th for my mother in law's birthday, due to Royal Mail having strike in 26th they were not posted until 27th and delivered until the following day. I would have the date would be checked and adjusted to take account. I Was not happy at all has I purchased on the previous Monday”

“I wanted to retract the order as was sending to a friend only to find out she was away. I was told it was too late as despatched. So my friend got flowers that were no good. Disappointed to say the least as I spent money and could do nothing about the order”

“Bunches as a company are great but please note I ordered flowers recently to be sent by Royal Mail and unfortunately when they turned up half were dying and and had wilted. So bare weather conditions in mind if sending through the post.”
