“Very nice flowers but only lasted 6 days. Iris’s and freesias White and yellow supposedly scented freesias only small hint of fragrance.”

“The flowers arrived on the day requested but their condition was not ideal. Some were rather wilted, reviving a bit when put in water with the enclosed conditioner. But some were looking bedraggled after a few days and had to be rejected. Just a few survived. K”

“I was quite disappointed with these to be honest. Way smaller bunch than the picture and the freesias (that hadn’t even bloomed yet) had already started to droop by day 2. Good delivery service though and my mum was pleased.”

“The flowers arrived on time, and in good condition, it was just a disappointment in how many flowers you got. You can buy a bunch of carnations for £2 in any supermarket, so £20 for a dozen stems was hugely expensive. I only ordered because I was unsure if I could get the flowers for Mother's Day because of the lockdown, but at these prices, I won't do it next year.”

“The flowers were long stemmed which was lovely and of good quality. Was disappointed how many in the box. One piece of gypsy phillia. 3 should have been the minimum and not many flowers for £24”

“I ordered some flowers for my Mum for Mother's Day. She said they arrived very dry and once bloomed didn't look like the photo of what I ordered. She thought they looked lovely though and it was a thoughtful idea. She enjoyed receiving it in the mail.”

“Had a slight issue with the tracking number as they never sent over the email containing those details so I had to get in touch with customer service however this was quickly rectified. However after paying £25+ on flowers and receiving them in the post, they were MUCH smaller than pictured and squished within the box, not really impressed with the presentation or the amount of flowers we got for the price I paid. If you’re looking for an online florist company that ships quickly then this is for you, but if you’re looking for one that provides great products AND great service then it may be wiser to look elsewhere! The customer service team were absolutely helpful!”

“Have used Bunches several times but was disappointed this time . Delivery wasnt good but as they said, that was Royall mail's fault . However the small mothers day cake which I paid for has never arrived but was paid for . Disappointed .”
