The flowers my mother received were not in great condition so I emailed Bunches. They said to wait 48 hours. There was still no improvement. It’s my friend’s 30th birthday soon and I’ll be ordering from either M&S or Asda because I know their customer service is a lot better than Bunches. Telling me to put the flowers in water is not helpful.

I wasn’t too happy with my order. I asked for the delivery to be made on the day before Mother’s Day but the flowers had to be collected By a friend from the post Office Depot on the following Wednesday. These flowers were for my mother who is 83 years old and with the corona virus, this was really bad. I think there needs to be a refund. Mair witham

I was unable to take flowers to my mother on Mother's Day because of corona virus. She is in her eighties. So I ordered some flowers from Bunches. They failed to arrive on Saturday 21st March - as I had ordered. I informed bunches of this. They said they would look into it, in quite a nice email. When I informed Bunches that the flowers had arrived two days late, on 23rd March, the Monday AFTER Mother's Day. Their response to that was to put the flowers in water and they would recover. Their response was poor but the real failure was the flowers not arriving on the specified day. My Mum was understandably disappointed.

Rubbish. I ordered flowers for Mothers day on Wednesday and it turned up AFTER mothers day. Pointless waste of £37. Won’t be using Bunches again. And I bet this review won’t make your website.

The image shown displayed a beautiful bunch of flowers but those which ended up being delivered were only about 5 half dead flowers. Absolutely not worth the money such a shame

Very disappointed- flowers ordered for Mother’s Day arrived in flimsy box, no water pad, no feed and no card (paid extra!)...needless to say some flowers were dead when they arrived doe to no liquid during transit

Absolutely disgusting, I thought when I ordered them for mothers day they was going to be a bouquet delivered, but no 3 bunches of flowers in a box, when online it says a bouquet, not separate bunches, I was horrified when they got delivered to my mum, plus I paid the extra for more flowers, I could of done better myself, absolute RIP off .

Made out on the picture like you got a big bunch of flowers, brought for Mother’s Day, spent £26 and they looked like a £5 bunch from Tesco/Asda. Massively disappointed and will never get from here again.

Very poor value flowers. They don't look anywhere near what the images on the website lead you to believe. I have used them once before and most of the lilys failed to open. I thought I'd give them one more go, tempted in by a 25% off deal. However, the flowers that should have been £40 were again substandard. The bouquet was really small, the roses were going over after 3-4 days and now on day 7 half of the lilys look like they won't be opening. I wouldn't pay £10 for them they were that poor. I could have got a much better bunch for a fraction of the price from Aldi or any other supermarket. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere. Try the Shell garage, the corner shop, anywhere else.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers that arrived were nothing like the ones I ordered and my mum was really disappointed. I could of got her a much better bunch at Asda for a quarter of the price. When I emailed customer service to inform them, they wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t get a refund Or a replacement bunch.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from Bunches - my second order from them. My Mum sent me a picture of them and they looked awful - nothing like what I’d ordered and paid for. I was embarrassed, disappointed and upset as I was unable to visit her due to social distancing. I will not be using Bunches again!

Should of been £22 looked like a £5 bunch from tesco. Very disappointed won't be using again.

Our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image.
