Used the option of the royal mail who delivered a full two days later. The lack of monitoring the transit was non-existent and will not be using Bunches again.

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 93% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the deliver may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. An error meant that flowers were delivered to the wrong address, despite the person living there telling the delivery person they were not for them. Bunches react by telling me they wont refund me and I need to ho and collect them...3 days later...during lockdown. An instruction which goes against the government requirement during lockdown and puts 2 people at risk. Absolute disgrace, use another company

Thank you for your reply. We are sorry you provided us with an incorrect address that lead to the recipient not receiving their gift. We rely on the information you provided to be correct. As the flowers had been delivered to where you requested at the point of sale, we were letting you know that resident at that address had taken them in. If the flowers have been delivered to an incorrect address, we are advising residents to leave safely on their property so that if the flowers are collected they are in line with social distancing. Previously been very happy but this time flowers arrived 4 days late and very beyond revival. Have sent a message but not heard back. Will not be using again in the future unless I hear back :(

Flowers arrived on Tuesday and not Saturday later than ordered for. They were in very poor condition and hardly any flowers, so disappointing. Will never order from here again

Very upset the carnations were broken, open fully open ,it was for my sister in law with terminal cancer very upset and disappointed,, will think twice before ordering again 😡

Not delivered on time and half dead on arrival. Customer service response - sorry. Go back to marks and spencer. Frustrated I used Bunches. Mistake.

Very disappointed flowers arrived 2 days late roses were brown on outside and only last another 2 days not worth money paid for the quality of product could have got better from local supermarket will not recommend or use again.

The flowers were not delivered on specified date and although I only accept the standard delivery option the fact they advertise that 93% of deliveries are made on time I feel this is slightly misleading. .

Items did not arrive on the day requested but 2 days later. They lasted only 2 days & wilted almost immediately. Very disapointing.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Although I typed the correct address into the form the program obviously at some further stage in the process inserted an old address which was active in 2012. I thought that good will might prevail and that another would be sent free of charge but was told this was my own fault.

I ordered flowers for my sister for Easter. I placed my order on the 4th April, they arrive today, almost all dead. What a disappointment.

My flowers didnt arrive and I have had to contact them 4 times with no satisfactory outcome at present I have had to ask for a refund twice and I am awaiting response. This has been going on for a week now

Absolutely disgusting service! Sent flowers Id ordered for my friend’s birthday to a completely different address. No apology. Only auto generated emails time and time again. No Customer Service just automatic messages saying how important their customers were to them ..... yeah! I really got that impression! Don’t trust Bunches to send love and happiness to your friends and family because they most certainly wont .... I don’t want to even score you 1 but response needs it 😡

Unfortunately the flowers I paid for never arrived. Hopefully someone from Bunches will contact be back soon. I know this is a difficult time and I hope I can adjust my review when I receive a refund or a location of my flowers.
