I used to use this company all the time! Last time I ordered flowers they were delivered late! They sent me a voucher by email to use on my next purchase. Unfortunately I deleted email so contacted them numerous times to see if they could resend voucher! Nothing! Was ordering flowers last week dot my mother and so wanted voucher to use against new order. Messaged them again and no reply! Stupidly ordered flowers for mums birthday last week and again were delivered a day late! I do understand there can be a delay but should not ask you what day you want delivered if they cannot fulfill your request. So I will not be using them again. And I actually contacted them through their own website so no excuse for not getting back to me!

Flowers did not arrive on correct day. Phoned Bunches to enquire was told I pickef the free post so couldn't guarantee. Order free delivery with Marks and Spencer and were delivered on time. Correct date and kept me informed via email o time etc when they were being delivered. Will not use Bunches again. The person I spoke to wasn't helpful either. I ordered these well over a week ago, can't see any reason why they couldn't get the delivery in time. Very disappointed. CUSTOMER SERVICE didn't care, said I chose the wrong delivery, but said could take up to 3 days again. Not happy.

I have been ordering flowers from Bunches over many years. There was only one occasion when I was a little disappointed and they rectified this immediately. Bunches provide a high standard service and a few times I have asked them to change an order and customer service are ‘on task’ literally with 24 hrs and solve the problem. Bunches are a unique business providing beautiful flowers and excellent customer service.

Flowers delivered day after birthday and died within a few days, despite following feeding instructions. They’re meant to be guaranteed freshness for 7 days, so I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here and I won’t do so again.

I ordered flowers, a card, a cake and a bottle of prosecco on the 4th of May for delivery 13th of May. They didn't even get sent. Bunches tried to say they might be up to three days late but conceded the point when I went to my order history and found that the order wasn't even there. They still took the money straight away though. I've been a customer of theirs for 8 years. Never again. What did they offer ...? Nothing, niche, nada, nowt.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. If you need a gift/flowers on time do not order from Bunches. Also the customer service is extremely poor and the adviser very arrogant. Never using Bunches again.

I ordered to bouquets of flowers. One arrived perfect and the second one was terrible. I tried to contact bunches and complain but was passed from person to person and eventually just received a computer generated message. Not very happy at all as it was for a very special

As you are aware I made a complaint and heard nothing back. My father was so disappointed and my mother so upset you had 5 days to deliver their anniversary present that as they are in isolation had no option to get from online. The online chat ai used was horrendous and the customer service advisor was so rude. I have contacted the press in relation to my experience and they will be in touch very soon

Was very disappointed with the service. Ordered flowers 7 days before I wished them to be delivered, but was not delivered on day I requested. These flowers were for elderly Aunts birthday who lives on her own and is isolated because we cant visit. I understand about your 93% but why did this order fall into the 7% when ordered early. I will not be using your service again.

The date the flowers were ordered bears no relevance on the delivery date, as explained in our delivery terms our gift are dispatched 1 working day prior to your preferred date. I have to say that I was very dissapointed with the flowers which were sent to my niece and nephew, I paid quite a lot of money and extra for the extra stems, my niece sent me a photograph and I was shocked as to how poor they were.

I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered on my wedding anniversary on 25 April. As they were coming by Royal Mail I was advised there was a 93% chance of them arriving on that day. That was clearly over optimistic as of today 2 May they have still not arrived.
