There where hardly any flowers and a lot of them came dead and discoloured

Made out on the picture like you got a big bunch of flowers, brought for Mother’s Day, spent £26 and they looked like a £5 bunch from Tesco/Asda. Massively disappointed and will never get from here again.

Very poor value flowers. They don't look anywhere near what the images on the website lead you to believe. I have used them once before and most of the lilys failed to open. I thought I'd give them one more go, tempted in by a 25% off deal. However, the flowers that should have been £40 were again substandard. The bouquet was really small, the roses were going over after 3-4 days and now on day 7 half of the lilys look like they won't be opening. I wouldn't pay £10 for them they were that poor. I could have got a much better bunch for a fraction of the price from Aldi or any other supermarket. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere. Try the Shell garage, the corner shop, anywhere else.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers that arrived were nothing like the ones I ordered and my mum was really disappointed. I could of got her a much better bunch at Asda for a quarter of the price. When I emailed customer service to inform them, they wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t get a refund Or a replacement bunch.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from Bunches - my second order from them. My Mum sent me a picture of them and they looked awful - nothing like what I’d ordered and paid for. I was embarrassed, disappointed and upset as I was unable to visit her due to social distancing. I will not be using Bunches again!

Should of been £22 looked like a £5 bunch from tesco. Very disappointed won't be using again.

Dry boxed flowers. I've used Bunches for a few years, the Mother's Day flowers i sent this year were very dry in the box and as such only lasted a few days. Won't be using Bunches again.

The worst flowers i have ever received. Personally, I would’ve put them at a price point of £5-£10. But, these would have been £20 and came. Half were dying and the other half were still in the buds. There was only a handful of flowers that actually looked okay and i will not be purchasing these again because they were awful for the price. And were not good for the price expected twice the amount and was not good for mothers day.

My mother who received the flowers thanked me but said the flowers looked half dead and like they were on their way out already, very disappointed

I ordered the large bunch of orchids for Mother's Day they were packed on 20 th March and delivered on the 23 rd March after Mothers Day.Mostly dead. A replacement bunch was sent but this bunch was half the size of the original.I have sent an email complaining but no answer. No I will not recommend your service!

Really disappointed- nothing like the photo advertised, hardly any flowers for the money. Would not recommend- you get better quality / quantity in the local supermarket
