Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. These flowers only lasted for 3 days. Some were drooping when they arrived. They were bought in remembrance of my son, by my cousin. I would not tell her how bad they were because I would not wish to upset her.

Did not arrive on time, despite booking the date well in advance. For this reason I would not use again. They should use 24 hour tracked postage or a courier to ensure delivery.

Would not bother buying again, flowers look amazing on the pictures but received flowers that look like they’d been picked out the garden by a four year old. Not happy at all

Bouquet was delivered the day after the birthday it was ordered for, despite it being ordered a week or so in advance.

Flowers arrived on day specified. Was disappointed with the money I paid and what I received. Left card blank to write our own personal message but a message had already been completed making the card useless.

I normally find your flowers really good but was disappointed when my sister sent me a pick I felt like it was a bunch I could buy at the supermarket

Incorrect (cheaper!) bouquet was delivered and despite emails to customer service, I’ve had to explanation or apology. Extremely disappointing for a special birthday present ☹️.

The bunch was very small for what I paid- was for a special birthday so was very disappointed. Would have got much bigger bunch if I had gone to a shop.

My friend was delighted with the flowers she received. What she didn’t know was that I ordered carnations and she received lily and roses- a completely different bouquet. Such a shame as otherwise top notch! Delivery time was perfect.

I brought these for my partner but unfortunately they only lasted about 3 days- following the guidelines. A little bit disappointing overall. They looked amazing when they arrived. Well presented in the box and the metal vase is also a good one to have. Just wished the flowers lasted a few more days.

Have used bunches for over 8 years. Usually blooms and delivery are seamless. This time sunflowers looked they had been frozen and were dehydrated. They only lasted a few days. Whole delivery was left with neighbour instead of doorstep as all previous deliveries.

Very disappointed. Buds didn't open and flowers looked sad very quickly inspire of water changes 're cutting and washing stems. Will not use again.

The last gift to a very dear friend was not delivered on the day asked for, it was presented to an industry establishment some 200m from the the address, this was a case of ‘it’s Sunday can’t be bothered’ not happy that it was delivered the day after the event.

Unfortunately I was disappointed to the size of the bunch of flowers. For a £25 bouquet it looked rather sad and sparse in the vase. I visited the recipient a few days later and was slightly embarrassed by how mean it looked!

The flowers and the cake came in a very average condition. I was expecting to see a more vivid bouquet of flowers for the price I paid. So disappointing

I ordered a flower delivery for elderly relatives who had recently lost their son. Exact delivery day couldn’t be guaranteed by Bunches at the time of ordering so naturally I expected to have delivery confirmed via email. Sadly this didn’t happen so I had to ring the company to have confirmation but they were unable to give me this information as it was a Royal Mail 1st class delivery 🤔 It wasn’t appropriate for me to call my relatives at the time so a simple confirmation email from Bunches would have been reassuring. (I would of answered the following questions if I knew the answers)

The flowers were okay but for the price would expect more flowers and to be better quality. I could find a nicer bunch in Tesco for £10. Some of the flowers were starting to go dead and didn't last very long. Feel like pay more for the novelty of having them delivered rather than the quality of the flowers.
