Not as good as last flowers my work ordered . Disappointed indeed - shame and postal service delivered to wrong address even though correct address was on request !!!! Had to wait for neighbours to bring them to recipient .

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. The flowers arrived in time but were were fairly disappointed with the whole presentation and appearance, also the roses lasted no longer than 2 days, other flowers stayed put only for a couple of days longer, apart from sun flowers which still look good.

Arrived on time looking really good however disappointed that they only six days other bouquets from Marks @Spencers and Lidl still looking fresh after nine days We have used your good selves for a number of years not the same Disappointed Bryn Pond

Disappointed to see how small the bunch of flowers was, usually very pleased but have been disappointed with the last two orders I have placed. Have used bunches for many years and have been excellent, but will now look around at other online flower services.

I ordered some flowers from Bunches on 5th June 2020 for my friends birthday on 5th July 2020. As this was a Sunday, I appreciate that these could not be delivered on the day so opted for Saturday 4th July. As I did not hear from my friend to say that they had arrived I phoned her on the Sunday to check, which spoilt the surprise, to be informed that they hadn't arrived. I contacted yourselves to say that I was dissapointed only to be told that it was Royal Mails fault. I could understand this, if I had only just ordered them, but as this was a month before, I expected them to be on time.

Disappointed with the flowers they looked nothing like the photograph online. I wouldn't order from here again.

Lovely when arrived on day four started to wither day five totally withered and wasted thought they would have lasted bit longer considering the cost

2 of the bouquets I ordered were delivered with no issues, however the third bouquet was not delivered on time, the postman didn't leave a delivery card, or opening times of the depot for collection, the flowers had not been stored in the fridge as directed and so were nearly dead when the recipient received them.

The bunch of flowers my daughter received were not anything like illustrated and we found out that it wasn't complete. I had also sent the same to my granddaughter - she never thanked me which she usually does so I think hers would be similar. I was very disappointed as I had changed from my usual supplier because Woman & Home rated Bunches the best. Silly me - Having stated that I also sent a plant to my sister-in-law and she was delighted and put a photo on Facebook.

Sadly it took far to long for delivery,6 days is not acceptable,I believe this was due to a delay by the Post office delivery service but still not what you pay for.Customer service at Bunches did respond very promptly with an appology.

I ordered 2 bunches of the same flowers for taking it turns to drive me to the hospital due to cancer treatments.when they arrived one was a lot bigger and better than the other I was disappointed to say the least so I'm not happy with the company.

I received 16 carnations and pink Gypsophila by post from my cousin on Wednesday. They were in good condition when they arrived, but I am very disappointed that four of the carnations had been dyed, together with the gypsophila. The water in the vase is very pink and the dyed carnations are a horrible mucky colour. The leaves on the dyed carnations are beginning to turn yellow, probably as a result of the dye used. Delivery was two days late, only received 5 roses when it stated six, three of the the roses died without opening within first 3 days and the other two started turning brown. All the lilies were fully opened, when it stated flowers would be sent in bud form. Would not buy again due to quality and life as they did last the minimum of a week.

Arrived on time. Some flowers had dead/brown petals and some died completely within 2 days. Cake was tiny. Surely an anniversary cake should be big enough for 2 portions???

Arrived on time and my wife was very pleased as the orchids looked lovely. However the following day the buds started dropping. They have continued to drop as have the open flowers too. I thought being orchids that they would last longer than ordinary flowers when in fact they have lasted at all. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

Whilst acknowledged the delivery was during COVID, the expectation was for 90% of deliveries to be made on time. Mine was late and the flowers reflected very little of that shown in the photo. Disappointed customer - spoilt a very significant anniversary.
