Ordered for a very imprtant date, they arrived 4 days late and were all wiltered and dead. I was gutted as were meant to cheer the recipient up.

Most buds failed to open, really disappointed although suspect the hot weather didn't help. Not much for full price a supermarket bouquet for a £10 would be better.

Ordered flowers for my daughter for her 40th birthday. I was actually embarrassed when she sent me a picture of them. There were very few actual flowers and looked horrendous in the vase. Wont be purchasing from this company again

The bunch of flowers I ordered for my mums birthday were delivered in a damaged, squashed box, the delivery man was apologetic but sadly when opening the flowers my mum discovered that numerous flower heads had broken off in the box. I feel very disappointed with this as I spent alot of money trying to surprise my mum only to be saddened by what she found.

Flowers did not resemble the ones used in the photo. Roses were turning brown on edges of petals, I’ve had nicer photos from my local supermarket.

Ordered 2 birthday bunches of flowers. One was nice and the other was very disappointing and nothing like the picture on the website. Won’t be rushing to order again.

Received flowers on correct day roses were past it and were blown not very happy as they were birthday flowers wont be using bunches again.

The flowers got delivered to a neighbour as I was out. I received no email saying that the flowers had been delivered or where they were. Also nothing through the door.

Not up to the usual standard - flowers lasted only a few days and the bouquet was smaller than usual. Always good previously and I have never before considered going to another on line florist. If this sort of quality/quantity continues obviously I will go elsewhere.

Very disappointed that you failed to contact me despite telling me you would. I sent an order in with two omissions and wanted them included in my delivery. It was not not delivered nor were I contacteded.

Flowers ordered for a loved one's 70th birthday. Prompt delivery however, not the same quality as the picture advertised. Disappointing. If I was able to upload a picture I would have.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I sent a few flower deliveries to friends. I was really disappointed with what they received. Ones were dead after a day, she contacted them and got sent a replacement but that's hardly the kind gift that I'd hoped to send.

Received a bunch of flowers for my silver wedding anniversary from my husband today. Very disappointed as the astromera part of the bunch were already open, drooping and dying. These are one of my favourite flowers. I have used your company before and usually the flowers are lovely and last for a couple of weeks. Very surprised with the flowers I received today.

Flowers arrived on the day they said, but was disappointed some were wilting and not many in but as stated when bought.

I was disappointed not to have received any communication from you concerning confirmation the flowers had been delivered, I.e. exactly which date!

Flowers arrived on requested delivery date which was an anniversary present, so thank you. However, flowers only lasted a couple of days before dieing which I was very disappointed with. This also ment they never actually looked like the picture presented on their website. I also brought the vase which looks fantastic but unfortunately leaks. Overall, I am really disappointed and unsure if I would buy from Bunches again.

Delivery as expected but flowers very disappointing A number of "wild flowers" included to pad the bouquet. Within two three days the flower heads were drooping and within a week they were all in the bin! My first time using bunches and my last! Seven day freshness guaranteed? They were in the bin by then.

I ordered flowers and paid for a courier delivery, as it was important the flowers Arrived on the Right day, I ordered them on the Thursday to be delivered on the Saturday , no flowers arrived . On the Monday I called bunches to explain wgathad happebed and they took the delivery charge off and said the flowers would arrive on the Monday 3 days late, they didn’t arrive so I called again on the Tuesday and ask for a refund as the flowers are now 4 days late, i was given a refund and told if the flowers do arrive bin them. The flowers did arrive in the Tuesday midday ad were dead so had to go in the bin , it was an emotional time for my friend which is why I ordered flowers and her receiving dead flowers made things worse , I won’t be using bunches again after such poor service e
