“Overall really disappointed, ordered 2 lots of flowers going to the same address for express delivery and was charged 6.99 twice. The flowers were roses and freesias and went for the indulgent bouquet and had to buy extra from a supermarket to make it look worth its money. It was 80th birthday and paid for the mini birthday cake and to be honest the candles were bigger than the cake. Also ordered freesias and they were also very small bouquet for what I paid. I used the 25 percent deal and it still cost over 50 pound. I'm not hard to please but really gutted Anna c”

“I have used Bunches for many years and always been thrilled with the pleasure the flowers, plants and gifts have given friends and loved one on receipt. The last two orders were not as good. Firstly, I didn’t receive a confirmation email for either. I had to call (I couldn’t be bothered the last time!) to check that my order had been received. I will have to give thought as to whether I use Bunches again.”

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. “Disappointing this time - usually very happy with the service delivery and quality of flowers but this time - maybe because the flowers ordered were delicate and the general heat around the flowers were a little past their best and they arrived a day later than I'd hoped. Anyway - I will use Bunches again and put it down as a one off.”

“Flowers were okay but they were left on the doorstep of the recipient for hours in a heatwave with no water, i would have appreciated a call telling me no one was home and i would have picked them up myself to make sure they didn't die.”

“In all honesty I was very disappointed with the flowers I spent £25 on. They looked like someone had grabbed a bunch of carnations and a bunch of lilies from the supermarket or a garage and just shoved them together, then charged 3x the price. I wouldn't use them again as I didn't consider what was received to be good value for money. They did reliably arrive on the day though (I paid for courier) which is more than can be said for Eflorist, a terrible rip off company I would avoid even more.”
