“Sadly the post office delivered a plant but it was destroyed by its journey. Probably needed more secure packing during transit. Elderly aunt had to replant it and clean up the addional gift. However when I rang bunches to complain the customer service lady Alison, was very helpful and sympathetic and arranged for addional flowers to be delivered to aunt. I was satisfied with her efficient service.”

“I ordered two bunches of flowers to go to two different people, the first bunch arrived on the scheduled day but the freesias were drooping, thankfully they were revived. The second bunch was dropped into my cousin's porch, without a note, so she did not see them until four days after they were delivered. They were looking very sorry for themselves. She said she had revived them but I was wondering if she was just saying this to placate me, as she knew I would be disappointed if they were not looking their best.”

“I usually swear by this company. Until now they had never let me down however the flowers I sent my mum for Christmas were big disappointment. They looked drab, very few blooms...Not sure what went wrong this time. I'll give them another shot soon and hope this was a one-off.”

“I was delighted with my selection of flowers to be sent to my daughter in law, as it was similar to her wedding flowers but the actual bunch was not a fulsome as displayed on the website. Also the delivery was a day later than advertised, so did not arrive on her birthday as planned.”

“Hi My daughter was slightly disappointed with the flowers. She said they were nice but not as nice as the Marks & Spencer flowers I had sent her a couple of weeks before, and the Marks & Spencer's were not so expensive as Bunches.”

“The original bouquet arrived on time, but was unfortunately missing some flowers! I rang to complain. Got through straight away and was told that a fresh bouquet would be delivered a few days later. True to their word, it arrived complete with all the flowers and an apology. Whilst they didn’t get it right first time, they made up for it, which was much appreciated.”

“I was really disappointed that the flowers did not arrive for the recipient on the day chosen (23rd Dec.) in fact they did not arrive until after christmas. I realise that it was the fault of Royal mail and I hope that you have taken the matter up with them. The recipient sent me a photograph of the replacement flowers you sent and they did not resemble the bunch I chose so again I was disappointed.”

“Felt that flowers represented less value for money than previous, the delivery to the Lincoln address was 24 hours late with a claim from Royal Mail that the address was in accessable. This is nonesense, the address can be difficult to find, but most certainly is accessable. Not sure enough effort was made re the correct delivery date”

“I was disappointed with the gift of flowers that I sent to my Mother in law as the bunch sent seemed very small. I had expected a prettier, more colourful bunch of flowers and definitely a few more. I realise I didn't order a huge bouquet but just think, that in comparison with flowers from other companies I have previously ordered, the number of stems of flowers was low.”

“I ordered 4 floral gifts to be delivered on December 21st. I was told that they were delivered, but not having had an a knowedgement form two of the people by the following day, I had to ring them. Photo showed that one box was put into a post bin, but the people inside did not get a note through their door about it. Another lady went to check and came back and said she couldn't find the box, but it was wedged between her fence and the neighbours. If you could post cards through people's letter boxes, it would be most useful, with a brief description of the location. Most of my friends are in when you deliver, but in cases where there is no response, it would be great to post a note to be picked up with the rest of the post inside the property. Thank you.”
