“Flowers seems fresh however when I placed my order it read it should have in total about 25 stems and I seems in bouquet sent 5 pink stems 3 yellow n 5 white with couple of tems of gypsophilla”

“Arrived next day as stated, cheered recipient up, but the arrangement online never looks like what is received in my opinion at spending £30-£40 I expected a wow factor. Could got 8 bunches from supermarket and done my own for price paid, but am incapacitated with broken foot so had get delivered to my friends mum.”

“For the first time ever I was disappointed with my Bunches. I had ordered letter box for a friend and my husband ordered flowers for me. The carnations that were the main component in both orders failed to open and the whole thing looks feeble. Feeling sad and very disappointed.”

“Flowers were fine, delivery was one day late. Post Office sent the parcel to the wrong sorting office,(Bridlington) then returned it to Leeds before re delivering it to the correct address in Scarborough the next day. Not good enough. Not your fault, I appreciate, but perhaps you could complain to Post Office parcel delivery.”

“Disappointed. Flowers were dispatched on 1st February but only arrived at the recipient on 6th February, so they weren't as fresh as they should have been and were extremely dry.”

“The flowers were lovely apparently; however they omitted to include my card and message. The flowers were sent on the occasion of my brother's birthday to his wife. He recently passed away, so the flowers were a gesture to help make my sister-in-law feel that she was very much being thought about at such a reflectful time. That she didn't know who they were from really did defeat the object.”

“I did not see the flowers for myself but from the photo my friend sent, they did not look what I would have expected for £22, so was somewhat disappointed. However they were delivered promptly and my friend was happy to receive them which was what mattered.”

“The flowers were lovely and fresh but a strange thing happened- I asked for them to be delivered last Saturday and was told no one was in the house at 4pm which I later found out was not true - they were in all day and they were delivered by the postman on Monday morning- earlier on Monday morning I was tracking the flowers and I found that they tried to deliver them at 4pm on Saturday and now it was up to the recipient to get in touch re organising the delivery- I sent her an email explaining this. She then wrote to me to thank me for the lovely flowers which came on Monday morning - a surprise as they knew nothing about anything happening on Saturday- why spoil a good service with a mess up like I have explained? If you can’t deliver til Monday don’t say you tried to deliver on Saturday and mislead me about what will happen next. I will think carefully before I use your service again”

“I have ordered in the past but rather disappointed this time. The overall look of the flowers did not match the picture. Colours were good but a couple of the stems were damaged and it did not look as "full" as the picture online. The recipient was pleased but obviously she had not seen the original picture.”

“The flowers were healthy and looked lovely but I was dissapointed at the size of the bunch. I would get twice as many flowers from my local florist.”
