5/5 for ease of ordering. 5/5 for communication from Bunches However, after viewing a photo my Daughter sent i was disappointed to hear from her that only 1 out of 6 iris ever opened. On the plus side the freesias were lovely.

My order was not delivered on the day specified which, being a Saturday, meant the flowers lay in a delivery depot for an additional day and a half. This appears to have been the fault of the Post Office but nonetheless didn'y improve the quality. When they did arrived myself, and the person whom they were for, were somewhat underwhealmed. Although the bunch included what was was described on your website, I feel the photograph on the website made them look a more generous bunch than it was. To be fair the flowers did perk up after their delay so all was not lost. The star rating concerns the buch not the delivery arrangements which would have been rated as no stars.

Mehh..the flowers arrived on the correct day. But I paid £7.50 for next day delivery, so id hope so! .And arrived during the correct time slot, so thats a positive! They looked Sort of similar to their picture. Obviously not the exact perfect bunch i thought i was ordering but thas how these companies can manipulate disabled people who can not get to a shop to chooses theit own! Marginally Better than other online florists but they wernt all that..not sure I will bother wasting my money again 😏☹️

Unfortunately did only last for 4 days before 4 heads fell off. But they were delivered on time.

I didn’t feel there was many flowers for what was paid for when my friend sent the pictures however will be careful on that front next time

Many of our flowers arrive in bud to ensure the longest possible vase life, which means they might look different from the website photos at first. They should open up beautifully over the next few days. I was for the first time very disappointed with the look of the carnations I had ordered for my daughters birthday in the beginning of Feb. Normally I am very happy pecoally paying in Rands.

Flowers arrived in the evening of the birthday. They should have arrived the day before. Very disappointed.

We are very sorry that your flowers arrived late in the day for such a special occasion. While Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next day, sadly it's not actually a guaranteed service. In a small number of cases, deliveries can take an extra day to arrive. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially for a birthday. For future time-sensitive deliveries, we do offer a guaranteed courier service which ensures delivery on your chosen date between 8am and 7pm.

I received a picture of the tulips after delivery and I was a little disappointed that they didm’t resemble the image was expecting.

I sent flowers to a friend as a surprise for her birthday. Royal Mail tried to deliver at 5pm and as my friend didnt answer the door took the flowers away but aparantly left no calling card. I telephoned her later that day and had to tell her about the surprise which she had not received. I then had to email her the tracking details so she could get Royal Mail to deliver again the next day and leave in a suitable place as they could not give her a time of delivery. She was pleased with the flowers but the whole delivery experience was less than perfect and rather ruined the surprise!

We are so sorry that the delivery experience wasn't as smooth as it should have been and that the surprise was spoiled for your friend. While we do ask Royal Mail to leave flowers in a safe place or post them where possible, sometimes they are unable to do this and should leave a calling card. It's disappointing that this didn't happen in this case. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as it was meant to be a lovely birthday surprise. Royal Mail should automatically attempt to redeliver the next working day without needing to be prompted through the tracking - we're sorry this didn't happen as it should have. Unfortunately although the letterbox flowers I sent were delivered according to the tracker app, they must have been stolen as they weren't received by recipient. I won't be sending anymore.

Not like the photo, a few of the stems were bruised / bent. I bought another bouquet of flowers to supplement this existing bouquet, and went for the 19 stems. Will not be using bunches again.

was most disappointed in my purchase being sent to my friend for her 80th birthday .when i saw them there was not the amount of stems ordered and the boquet was looking half died . this is the first time i have had to complain

I have always used Cornish Blooms and have had good service. But I was disappointed that the flowers i ordered didn’t reach the birthday girl on the date requested. It was one of the available dates so please don’t offer a date if you can’t come up with the goods. A weak excuse from Bunches.com!!
