I am afraid the bouquet itself was disappointing, it did not look good at all and looked very small and not as per picture. The only good thing I could say is that the delivery was fast. I am afraid I would not recommend bunched.co.uk

Wasn’t happy at all looked nothing like they was meant to could have got better ones at the petrol station they really looked shabby .the lady is terminal I’ll I was so upset when she received these

The bouquet never arrived, when they didn't find someone at the address, they took it to the near Royal Mail office and then I asked redilevered and again never arrived! Why do you need a bouquet after one week at the Royal Mail office? worthless

Not a lot of stems considering price. Picture looked better than what was delivered - very disappointed especially after reading reviews

The flowers were in time but the roses three of them were dead on arrival. I will not be using Bunches again. A different company also delivered flowers and in contrast they were excellent. V disappointing.

As far as I can establish, my flowers were never delivered. I did not get a confirmation email saying they had been, and it turned out that the recipient had been taken to hospital and later died. If they were left with a neighbour I don't know, then at least I should have been informed. So my money was lost, and the person for whom they were sent never received them. This was the first time I used this site. I tried to get feedback from the site but could not find any way to track the flowers. I will never use Bunches again.

I will not order again very poor flowers looked scant and not like the photo. I am embarrassed to ask the recipient how long they lasted but from the arrival they did not look fresh. I guess never order for a Monday delivery poor customer service when i complained

My daughter’s birthday was on Friday 14th May. Her flowers arrived on the doorstep on her return from work on Monday 17th May. On opening she found all the alstroemerias were denuded of leaf and flowers were drooping. I chose this bunch as alstromerias are so long lasting. Very disappointed. When saw flowers this weekend felt very let down. Can send picture.

I have used Bunches for years the flowers were for my nieces Birthday. I was very disappointed there was only 6 flowers and 3 of them were broken. I am glad I had added a cake, butterflies and card it didn’t make it look so bad. I don’t think I’ll be using you again.

I was very disappointed with the bouquet I received from you. I expected more than 12 carnations for the cost of £24. I even bought the vase which made the flowers even more pathetic in appearance. I immediately had to replace the bouquet as they were so dismal and I won't be purchasing any more from you again. I will happily shop else elswhere.

Very disappointed that the flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day agreed but only arrived 2 weeks after the order was placed!!!!

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. I recently bought the spring garden bouquet for a friend and the freesias and roses bouquet for my sister in law. My friend sent me photos of her bouquet, which I can provide and I can only describe it as diabolical, the difference between what she should have received and what she did actually receive was massive and in no way did her bouquet either look vaguely like the photo online or contain the flowers which were listed in the written description of content. My sister in law said her flowers were lovely but I didn’t see photos of them... wonder why? I’m deeply disappointed and actually feel quite embarrassed. Certainly not worth the money I paid for them so definitely not recommended.

Normally I can't fault Bunches but this was terrible. It was my BFF's birthday. The flowers arrived a day late despite being ordered well in advance. The roses were were in full bloom so only lasted a few days and the material supporting the cut stems was bone dry. I'm not sure I will use them again.
