The flowers were ordered for my 92 year old aunt’s birthday for 29th July but weren’t delivered until 4th August. Not impressed so probably won’t use you again, unless you can give me a reasonable explanation on a week’s delay!

The flowers were delivered late after 10.00. However more importantly they looked nothing like the picture displayed on your web site. To receive negative feedback from my wife was particularly disappointing as she felt she could have picked better flowers from a field. I feel terrible having to write this complaint but I will never use bunches again or advise anybody else to. Very very disappointing😩😡

Absolutely horrified at the flowers delivered to a dear friend compared the what was advertised… would not recommend

Arrived two days later than scheduled. Wanted it delivered on a Sunday and they booked delivery with the Royal Mail who don’t deliver on Sundays

The photos of the flowers were extremely deceiving. Although they still made a pretty dinner setting, a more joyful, colourful and exciting bunch was advertised. They resembled the ones in the box in the photos. If this is the case, you're the Wish version of florists.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Very disappointed with the quality of the flowers sent these were a birthday gift and they died within 3 days and didn't even last until her actual birthday very unlikely I shall purchase again

We looked at the flowers online and they looked beautiful and we ordered them and what arrived was nothing like we ordered. They lasted less than a week. Would not recommend.

Flowers arrived limp and lifeless. Trimmed the stems slightly,put them in a vase with the flower feed and they never revived. Had to throw them out next day

Flowers looked nothing like the picture, wasn’t even half the bunch that was online and this is after waiting for them to all bloom. Would not use again and go back to my usual online flower delivery company.

Very disappointed with the service from bunches. My order was flowers and 3 additional gifts. The order arrived without the additional gifts. Luckily enough i had asked my friend what the candle smelt like as that was how i discovered they were missing, When i contacted Bunches the operator just resent the items which okay was correct but this ruined the surprise. Nothing more from bunches than "okay we'll send then again". Expected more from them. Not a happy customer at all.

I was very disappointed to see the quality of the flowers that my friend received after she got engaged. They were nothing like the picture I had ordered from, they were almost withered when the arrived and the flowers were poor quality.

Royal Mail did not deliver to correct address it was left at a next door neighbours no one lives in that house was left on doorstep.It was only the fact we rang to ask if they had received the flowers at 8.00pm as they had not contacted us that they went next door when they seen a parcel there and as the weather was hot the flowers were dead they tried with flower food and water but did not revive VERY DISAPPOINTED AS IT WAS FOR THEIR GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY will not order again and sorry but unable to recommend to friends or family

I have used Bunches many times over several years and have always been pleased with the service. However, I recently placed an order and paid the additional cost to have guaranteed delivery on 12th July. I received an e mail on the morning of 11th July telling me it would be delivered between 12.30 and 1.30. I didn’t see the e mail till 12.30 and so was unable to do anything to change the delivery slot. This was very disappointing and negated completely my paying the additional cost for guaranteed delivery . I have now received an e mail from you in response to my original review comments above explaining that the delivery would have been attempted if the recipient had not been available when it was first attempted. The issue was not that a second delivery attempt was needed but that the delivery was made the day BEFORE it was scheduled with a guaranteed date additionally paid for!!! Pat Graham
