“The recipient was not home when the flowers were delivered & I was not given any sort of eta.....However the flowers simply could of been left with neighbours instead they were taken to the post office where the recipient of the flowers could not actually collect them for several days due to the office either being closed or closing b4 12pm. This was no use as the recipient was at work, by the time the flowers were received they were half dead. Basically a waste of money”

“The flowers were nice but the birthday card didn't have a message (which I had written) so my Mother didn't know who the flowers were from. Which defeated the object of the flowers! As my Mother thought I'd forgotten her 80th Birthday. So I felt my money was wasted!!”

“I have been asked to write a review by Bunches for a postal delivery of flowers from Bunches which I placed seven days ago. As of this time there is nobody to confirm where the flowers are, there is nobody available to speak to at Bunches, their answerphone service advises me to use their "chat function" on their website - I cannot find their chat function on their website. To be fair I could send an email but I have given up. The recipient of the flowers is unavailable, not surprising as she has just lost her husband! There is no form of confirmation of delivery from Bunches. Maybe the flowers are lovely & have been delivered but how am I to know? Royal Mail are not known for their dependability of delivering items, have a look at "Watchdog" on BBC website. At a time of family loss the last thing you want to have to do is start phoning folk to find out if a bunch of flowers has been delivered or not.”

“Absolutely horrendous customer service, sent two emails within the space of two weeks asking for the whereabouts of my order to receive no reply, no confirmation email, nothing. Will not be buying from here again.”

“I was extremely impressed with my first order, flowers were beautiful & lasted over two weeks. However my 2nd order was not good at all, flowers died within a week. I was very disappointed, for the cost they lasted as long as store brought flowers. On 2nd order I choose florist choice, but will not do this again, as they were mostly all white, with no bright colours except two purple flowers. This experience has put me off buying from Bunches again.”

“I wrote the address as "Seventh bungalow on the right, with a small white sign outside saying 'Ashley Gardens'". Perhaps I should have said seventh "residence" rather than seventh bungalow because the flowers went to the wrong house and it's only once that you have a 90th birthday so I was annoyed. The neighbour delivered the flowers many days later. Last year, same instructions and the flowers arrived at the right place!”

“I have contacted you at least 3 times To complain that my order to my daughter was never received I’ve given up Not a good reflection I did ask you to refund me But have not had an answer Just remember that threshold lots of competition in the flower business now Pauline Sparham”

“(I have already sent a review and received no comment.) I was surprised to see a photo of a through the letter box bunch. I was sure I had not ordered this, that was why I paid for courier delivery. So I wasn't happy with this order.”

“I wouldn't recommend Bunches to anyone. Purchased some flowers etc for my wife's birthday on 31/03/2021 paid the extra for special deliver to get the date I needed, nothing came, and still hasn't. Messaged Bunches with absolutely no response, not happy, not happy at all....”

“Very poor , didn’t get an email or notified when the flowers had been delivered. Could’ve left them behind the gate , picked up from the post office and they were dead , don’t use !”

“Absolutely disgusting they looked like a bunch of 6 roses and a stem of something that looked as is they were from a supermarket out of date shelf they were dreadful will not be ordering from here again did complain but they said my photos were not good enough for them to see I have up in the end Go with interflora and play safe 👎👎👎👎👎”
