“I'd ordered a Mother's day bunch for £30 and what came was the equivalent to a £3 sprig. It was a total rip off and did not even remotely resemble the bunch I had oredered for my mother.”

“Given the choice of delivery date (Mother’s Day) and they still didn’t deliver on the correct day. So why bother offering a choice? If it had been for a funeral, would a day late be acceptable? NO not good enough, if you can’t deliver your promise, DONT MAKE IT!!”

“very unproffesional offered sunday delivery in golspie scotland by royal mail witch was never going to happen so my 95 yr old mother did not receive her mothers day flowers i rang on sunday they said wait till flowers arrive and ring again to receive full refund i rang on tues to claim refund they refused what a bunch of liars so no refund very sole destroying”

“Really disappointed wth the flowers I had gotten off you for my mum dor mother's day. They really were not worth the price I paid at all. I would have purchased a much nicer bunch in Asda for a quarter of the price has I known how these were going to look.”

“Ordered for Mothering Sunday, went with Bunches as they were still able to deliver on Mother's Day, paid for Mothering Sunday delivery, my mum got nothing on Mother's Day, but some flowers did arrive on Tuesday.”

“Mother’s Day flowers not delivered on time even though date was reserved and extra paid for guaranteed delivery. They claim there is a note to say that some deliveries get delivered the next day but either I didn’t come across this note, or it was easily missed as not clear enough. If I’m paying extra for a specific chosen delivery, then l expect the delivery to be completed on that day. Won’t be using this company again.”

“We ordered flowers for Mother's Day. We ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement of Royal Velvet letterbox flowers. What arrived was nothing like the photo. Two of the roses were already looking on there last legs. This is now the second time in a short period that we have been letdown by bunches. It is a shame I can't add photos of the flowers on here to give a full review. Will not be using them again.”
