“Paid extra for Sunday delivery and flowers were not delivered until late afternoon on the Monday! No apology from customer service and no refund of the extra I paid for the Sunday delivery. Will not be using again.”

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 93% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. We do recommend that an upgraded courier service is selected if a guaranteed date is required, however, this was not selected on this occasion. “The flowers were not delivered on the agreed day. When I complained, their attitude was: that delkivery only promises a 97% likelihood of delivery date. No apology or sense of regret for spoiling the birthday surprise. When the flowers arrived they were not looking their best. As I told Bunches, I shall not be using them again.”

“LOTS OF PROBLEMS: VERY DISAPPOINTED 1)The delivery company left the box on the front doorstep and the box was damaged 2) The plant was out of the pot - loose in box 3) all the soil was in the bottom of the box 4) the plant’s roots were in a tight bundle”

“The bunch arrived and looked totally different from the picture, less than half the flowers were included. I have emailed twice with pictures ad received no reply, i don't want to post a public review but having not spoken to anybody i feel as though it was kind of a scam. I would never have paid that much if i knew how small the bunch would be, the pictures are so misleading. It was a gift for a friend going through a really hard time and i'm so dissapointed i bought these instead of another bunch”

“The recipient of winter whisper bunch sent pic of the flowers sent. I had ordered gypsophelia as an extra and if it wasn’t for that there were definitely not the amount of flowers as advertised. I complained straight away but was told to wait until flower buds bloomed. I have been sent another photo with the buds now in bloom . No way is this bunch the equivalent of the advertised photo. Extremely disappointed.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my friend. They nothing like what was shown in your advert and there are less roses and I can’t even see an freshias. I haven’t used you before but I will not in future nor would I recommend your services. I don’t want to ask my friend her thoughts as these were to cheer her up following an operation. I often send flower to friends having moved to a different part of the country and I was really hoping to support your business and make further order, sadly this will not be the case.”

“I have used the firm many times in the past with great success, however, this time the flowers fell well short of what I expected. I didn't see them myself, as I'd sent them to a care home for my father, but my sister vsisted him and said she thought the few stems were left over from a previous resident and she couldn't believe they were a new bumch I had ordered as a get well message fro my Dad. I was very upset to hear this as you can imagine. I will not be using Bunches to send to my dad again but will find another firm.”

“Please don’t purchase from this company. I sent some flowers to my cousin who was morning the sudden death of her beloved dog. I purchased a bunch of 17 stems and she received the most laughable bunch of flowers I have ever seen with 7 stems. Customer service then argued with me that this was an acceptable bunch. Do not buy.”

“I understand that the name on the delivery was wrong and the recipient (my son) said to the postman that he did not recognise that name so the flowers (that he was not expecting to welcome him into his new home) must be for someone else. Please would you check as the name should have been The Miller Family or Richard Miller Many thanks”
