Very disappointed- ordered the XL bunch but only received 21 stems - not even the amount of stems offered in the large bouquet. Been promised that management will look into it ! That doesn't help when you're trying to support a loved one undergoing chemotherapy

Disappointing at the least! Cheap prices for a reason. Flowers so much smaller than shown in picture. Very deceiving and embarrassing to have sent for my sisters 30th! Won't be using this site again! And will be sure to spread the word!

I understand the flowers were in bud but way less flowers than in the picture.

If you had cared to read my complaint before asking for a review, you would not be reading the following now. This is an extract from my e-mail sent to you: "As you see below I was advised the flowers will be delivered between 14.17-15.17 on the 10 March. Which they were, however you will see if you'll refer to the order that the delivery was paid to be completed on the 9 March. If I wanted delivery to be made on the 10 of March I could have ordered a better arrangement from elsewhere at a total cost of £12-99 compared with £24-94 which I paid including a charge of £5-95 for delivery. How can you justify such charges for service which is 24 hours late?" As a result of your ineptitude the intended recipient will not receive our gift of thanks until 14th March. The flowers by then will be in their fifth day... We will never use your service again and will never recommend anyone to waste their money with you. I wait your response regarding this far from satisfactory service. What sort of review do you expect me to publish?

Received incorrect order, flowers wilted after 2 days. Complained twice without response. Will not use again as no customer service provided.

It was a very bad experience! First of all flowers were delivered not on date, one day earlier, second flowers were not even near the same as on picture, what I mean? They were not like a bouquet, each type of flowers were separately. And third the last but not at least, the most interesting was the reply from service, that I have to make them to look how a bouquet, like on Foto, by my self!))

We are sorry to hear that you have been extremely disappointed regarding both the delivery and your flower gift.I have taken a look into your order and can see that your gift was dispatched as requested on Monday 6th March on our free delivery service with the Royal Mail, as advertised and as you have already mentioned this service is not our traceable option can take place between a 1-2 day period, although we are aware of this period we really will not know which day your gift would arrive on between the two. As we are a flowers by post company as advertised on our website our flower gifts will be dispatched within bud as this not only ensures that each bouquet travels safely but this also lengthens the life of your flower gift. Having looked into your order I can see that you unfortunately did not select one of our prearranged or hand tied bouquets and so although your chosen bouquet would have been presented within a sleeve as per our care instructions you would have been required to have arranged these once received at your home. Please do get in contact with our Customer Support team on either 0800 626 249 or at flowers@bunches.co.uk as we would be very happy to look into this further for you. Thank you.

The bouquet of flowers that I've ordered wasn't what I expected to receive and on the picture looked good but then when received them I wasn't happy.

Delivery went wrong,receipient at the hospital, Royal Mail made no attempt to try a neighbour and took flowers back to sorting office. Won't be delivered until Monday!!

Very disappointed in flowers from Bunches. They were delivered on Monday and looked a bit sad. Today, Friday, I have had to discard most of them as dead. They were a gift after I had had an operation so rather upsetting.

The 2 lots of flowers I ordered 1 of which was an 18TH birthday gift for my grand-daughter and included extras of a birthday day cake, a special card and a happy birthday balloon plus of course the free chocolates, the second lot of flowers didn't have the free chocolates, I have ordered from Bunches on lots of occasions and this is the first time I have had cause to complain.

When the flower came they did not look healthy, but I was in hospital at the time, and my partner did not do anything about this, I have now come out off hospital and the flowers are all dead. These flowers were nearly £50 pounds. When I called and explained that my partner did not call at the time she said it is to late now and nothing we can do. So my partner basically through his money away. My daughter had some delivered from a different online company a few fews ago and they are still alive. I am very disappointment in this order.

I am very dissapointed because I bought a ladies hamper to be send to my best friend who moved to Colchester. It turns out that the parcel should have arrived on march 7th Which never did. I wrote to the company and someone called Chelsea told me that according to tracking number the parcel should arrive from 10:44 to 11:44 which never happened. I wrote again and told me that since no one was in the house when the parcel arrived, they left the hamper outside in the front porch. I asked my friend if she liked her present and it turns out that someone stole the hamper. How can you leave a Pink Hamper with a bow and card outside a house. I am completely upset and I asked for a solution. No solution yet, so if they fix this issue, i would change my mind about this review, otherwise consider the facts that I am telling you because someone might get hurt when no receiving an important bunch of flowers or gift on a special day. These were for my mums birthday and when she showed me them I was so embarrassed because it was nothing like what I ordered also I paid for 2 mini balloons and only received 1 I am very disappointed with this
