Beautiful hand tied bouquet arrived from close friend for our anniversary last Sunday. Two day days later and a number of blooms have " rotted off", and two iris buds are now brown and will fail to open. They are a disappointment, and we cannot tell the friend who sent them. They cost him almost £27. He often uses bunches but we will not do so.

You must be kidding me! My order was to be delivered last weekend! It was not! I live in Cyprus and this was for my parents 97th and 89th Birthday so you can imagine how pissed off I am. I have not called to find out if delivery was made today as it's embarrassing in case it was not. I sent an e-mail late Saturday to yourselves which you have not even had the decency to reply too!

I ordered a celebration bouquet for my parents 50th wedding anniversary - looked great in the picture but very disappointing. Mum had taken the flowers out of the bag as per the instructions in the box and what was left was pathetic The stems were short. Only enough flowers to go ion a small case. Could have spent £5 in a supermarket for the same bunch. And they only lasted a few days. For such a special occasion I felt very let down. I will not be able to recommend your company.

The flowers never grew, even though i strictly followed the instructions. Nothing compare to the picture! The picture shows about 20 flowers and mine had 6! Client service refused to provide any help. The Birthday pack i ordered included a "cake" which came into pieces. Disaster. Too expensive for what it is. I could have brought a 5 pound pack from Sainsburys for better quality.

Most of the flowers were wilted or almost dead. I bought the 16 stem Mystique Pink bunch and only three or four stems were fresh. Had to throw away more than half of it to make it look even presentable. Very disappointed.

What is displayed is a well presented arrangement of flowers and butterflies. What you get are the component parts of the arrangement in a box. If I could do flower arranging I'd not bother buying it in. Disappointing and pointless - will never use again, will go to a local florist who will charge the same but at least DO something for the money. Most expensive bunch of flowers ever bought. Might as well spent £10 at local supermarket

The flowers still haven't arrived. It's now Friday and the order was due to be delivered on Tuesday!

The flowers were supposed to be delivered Tues nd they posted a card asking for them to be collected instead of leaving them with the 50 odd neighbours they have in the building. They work full time and cannot collect them till Saturday by which time they will be dead. A complete waste of a lot of money for me. If there was a 0 rating I would've given it that. Sent flowers for a very sad sensitive situation nd it simply caused more stress for nothing. No flowers nd chocolates nd 3 very sad people.

We do welcome for our items to be left if there is no one home at the time an attempted delivery occurs but this is something that we can not 100% guarantee as it is down to the Royal Mail or courier's driver to do so. Bunch was very small for price .Azda provides better for less than £10. My wife was not impressed.

My mum ordered me flowers for my birthday, I wasn't in so they left at the shop below my flat but hadn't left me a note so they were dead by the time I knew anything about them. I complained and they sent me another bunch without checking whether I'd be in, which won't be for another 4 days! So they will also be dead by the time I get them. I complained about this and they refused to refund my mum because I had agreed to another bunch. I wanted live ones.. not dead ones! Checking if people would be in for replacement flowers would be too easy aye?

The flowers I had bought from you turned up but did not look like what I had ordered on your website. I was so disgusted as these were a present for my mother who had just had a major operation. I have used your company before and always been happy but I will never use your company again and nor will I ever recommend you to anyone I know. 11 flowers for £19.99 is disgraceful.

Firstly I never got a confirmation email, I ordered the flowers for my mums birthday I'm really disappointed with the quality of the flowers I've got the same bunch for £5 from a supermarket it was not worth £27. And when I've made a complaint the lady just keeps saying the flowers are ok, by who's standards?

After only 3 and a half days, the rose bouquet I sent my Grandma for her 90th birthday had roses that had died/withered, others were turning brown and generally did not look blooming. All her other family/friend bouquets look healthy and vibrant....(they used other florists service and delivery). I also thought the bouquet was small...like a posey. No free chocs with the delivery either and so far after emailing Bunches, I've not had a response. Disappointed that on a momentous occasion like my Grandma's 90th, my bouquet looks like the poor relation :(

I was expecting a bouquet not individual flowers that needed making into a bouquet. Also, the amount of flowers and the quality were absolutely appalling! I should have gone to ASDA... It would have been cheaper and better quality!!

Flowers were not presentable and looked like they were thrown in the box. Ruined the recipients suprise flowers and had to be thrown away. Also there was a slip in the box which showed what was free I.e chocs , which isn't a nice thing to see. I did pay or a luxury bunch.

Not happy. I had chosen the Birthday Gift arrangement to be delivered to my mother in law and what she received was nothing remotely close to what was pictured. Nothing as described. Not the promised pinks and purples, not to mention size wise it's nowhere near the same when the description says the picture arrangement is standard and that is what I ordered. Did not use any carnations or any of the flowers pictured like babies breath or freesias. As a florist myself, I'm absolutely appalled at the stark difference between what was ordered and what was delivered. I understand that flowers are subject to availability however the fact that size of the arrangement and colour were completely different is unacceptable. Will not be using again.

My sister was very disappointed with her bouquet. It was made up of one small bunch of freesias and spray of very small carnations. Not at all as advertised in display picture. Bearing in mind I had paid extra for larger bouquet. Extremely disappointed as it was a birthday bouquet. I chose this company as previous bouquets had been received with pleasure.

Most of the roses has broken off, it looked nothing like the picture. It was a complete mess in a box! I paid £30 and it was awful! I can't stress how much it didn't look like the advertised picture and I have a photo to prove it. You were recommended to me by a friend of mine but I shan't be using you again and I'll advise him of your poor quality. You took down the picture of what I ordered from your website, presumably because you had a flurry of compliants. Once again, it very nearly ruined my Valentine's Day.
