As the flowers were sent to someone else I can it really make any comment. The person I sent them to received them but as to what they were like I am not able to day

The actual flowers received did not contain those as shown in your picture. I chose the yellow alstromeria and carnations, but they were replaced with a small yellow daisy/chrysanth instead, which do not compare.

Although ordered in plenty of time for my sisters birthday 2nd April the flowers didn't arrive until 4th April. This I found disappointing though understanding at this difficult time.

I have ordered from Bunches many times and have always had favourable comments from the recipients. It is a very trying time at the moment for everyone and I do understand that the delivery date I requested might not happen but although my friend who received the flowers was very pleased she sent me a photo and I was upset to see they were not the ones I had ordered and they looked very droopy. As I said before we are in difficult circumstances and this experience has not put me off using your company in the future.

I would usually rate Bunches at a 5 star. The last time my friend got the flowers for her birthday , the flowers were very dry.

My Mother was supposed to receive her flowers on Wednesday 25th but didn't receive them till the Friday. When she did receive them they were wrapped in a Royal Mail bag. On opening them up she found the box was soggy, there must have been water in the box and it had burst. Luckily the flowers were not damaged and she is enjoying having them in the house.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I have no idea if my flowers arrived or not amid the current Coronavirus situation. It would be nice to receive a confirmation email saying when it has successfully been delivered.

The flowers I ordered were of good quality and were delivered as promised, the only thing was that my message card was missing :-( Could you also please notify the sender when the flowers/hampers have been delivered.

The flowers ordered did resemble those pictured on the website, but when they arrived at their destination the flowers looked a bit tired. They were ok I guess, but not as fresh as they could have been.

In all my years of using Bunches, I have never been disappointed until this Mothers Day. The flowers that arrived were nothing like those advertised in terms of the picture shown. I live in Africa and couldn't believe the photo my Mum sent me. When we compared the photo on the website with the pic my Mum sent me, it was embarrasing... the only explanation my brother could come up with was maybe because of Coronavirus, the flowers were social distancing and maybe the rest would arrive after the lockdown ended! Really disappointed 😔
