Sadly x1 of the x4 orders I placed didn’t arrive on time so the Easter gesture was completely missed. However bunches have offered to send another bunch of flowers which was a nice gesture even though it won’t be Easter

Nice items but they were delivered two days late. Luckily the flowers were not dead.

flowers sent to me lasted three weeks marvellous but the flowers sent to my mother mrs A Sprules was not so great she said the tulips were not very good

My order was really lovely my daughter loved it flowers red wine and birthday cake the only problem I had was panicking she wasernt going to get it on or before her birthday could do with a bit more communicate in when the parcel is on it's way and day it's going to arrive that's the only problem I had but a part from that great thank u for the lovely order

Disappointed that the flowers didn't arrive until Saturday, but happy that they were still in time for Easter. No problems with the flowers themselves though - a very nice selection of freesias.

I ordered 2 bunches for both Mothers for Easter. The 2nd Mum wasnt in when delivered so was kept at the PO for 2 days out of water til they CD collect. It was closed on day 1 as BH. So that was disappointing. 1st Mum very happy with hers.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. The plant you delivered on our behalf to Amanda keable was ok but unfortunately all the earth was loose and when she opened the package it fell all over her kitchen floor. Not a happy bunny.

Not packed very well. Often arrive too dry..Freesias often have no perfume.compared with some florests, you cut corners. Having said that you have kept going at a difficult time. Thank you. Just need to up the quality.

Because of the post the flowers arrived a day later than expected and I am afraid to say they have not lasted as long as they usually do. A week on and the roses are finished and the freesia just about , despite being trimmed etc. I am sure the delay in the post were the resulting cause , as your products are always so very good. . Keep working !

I understand from the receiver of the flowers that they were lovely. However I was worried that they would not be very good as they did not arrive until 3 days after the delivery date. I do appreciate the Coronavirus situation and that would have had an effect. I cannot confirm who delivered them or if they were damaged.

Overall ok, but disappointed that some flowers lasted less than a week. Have had better before.

I ordered a large bouquet of freesia and iris for my mums birthday, they arrived on time which was lovely thank you but the quality of the iris were very disappointing. They only lasted a few days which considering the cost of the bouquet it was a shame.

I was very disappointed that I could not get my order that I ordered today until the 21st April.when I actually wanted it for the 18 th April for a golden wedding

Having ordered flowers previously and being very satisfied i was slightly disappointed with this delivery. They arrived on time and looked very nice but were not in bud as previous orders they were very open blooms. As a result were well past there best in three days, disappointing as they were for my Wedding Anniversary. That said we do find ourselves in strange times at the moment, so will order again in the future. Free seeds were a nice touch! 😊

The flower were beautiful. The only downfall was that I had ordered a chocolate Lolly and this was missing.

I’m afraid I did not see the flowers, due to the Covid-19 lockdown, but I presume they were good. Unfortunately, the card with my message was not found and the lady did not know who the flowers were from. I expect (hope) the card was sent, but it was not obvious to the elderly recipient and I was rather disappointed that she did not know I had remembered her birthday, particularly as she is all alone at this difficult time.

there were 3 types of flowers in the bunch. One type had wilting and partially damaged leaves. I rang and was told they would pick up after being in water for a while but they didn't so my daughter took some of the leaves off. What could I do as they were sent for her birthday?
