“The flowers ordered did resemble those pictured on the website, but when they arrived at their destination the flowers looked a bit tired. They were ok I guess, but not as fresh as they could have been.”

“In all my years of using Bunches, I have never been disappointed until this Mothers Day. The flowers that arrived were nothing like those advertised in terms of the picture shown. I live in Africa and couldn't believe the photo my Mum sent me. When we compared the photo on the website with the pic my Mum sent me, it was embarrasing... the only explanation my brother could come up with was maybe because of Coronavirus, the flowers were social distancing and maybe the rest would arrive after the lockdown ended! Really disappointed 😔”

“Easy to order, although I was disappointed that the hamper I order was not the one that was delivered. I ordered a bunch of flowers and a hamper and they were delivered separately on different days and not on the same day I booked.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were disappointed the gifts didn't arrive on the same day. Our hampers are dispatched from a different location and are sent via courier service, where as the flowers were ordered on our Royal Mail 1-2 day delivery service. “I’m usually really impressed with Bunches and have used you a few times in the last year. I was disappointed last time though because I changed the date of the delivery but they delivery was still attempted on the original date. When I got in touch about this the person I spoke to assured me that delivery was attempted on the amended date. I know it definitely wasn’t though as the card came through the door in the original date (the recipient was in at the time so saw it!) and the date on the card said true original date. The person I spoke to still said it was incorrect though.”

“Completely satisfied with the flowers that were sent but disappointed that they went to the wrong address. They were addressed to No.7 instead of No.8 and due to this my mother-in-law was late in receiving here flowers.”

“Although the flowers were nice, they were less than i was expecting and they haven't lasted well at all. This is a shame because as i couldnt see my mum for mothers day it was to make up for it.”

“Have always used Bunches to send my Mum flowers, and have always had positive reviews from her, so I thought I’d use them to buy some flowers for my wife. Was a little disappointed- one of the butterflies was broken, one of the roses had a snapped head and the other roses were already starting to wilt”

“I ordered two gifts for Mother's Day, for two different people. One, a rose in a watering can was alright but quite expensive for what it was. I was quite disappointed with the other gift, a bunch of flowers as it bore little resemblance to the picture on the website. I know that it is a busy time at Mothers Day and you pay a premium but feel the product was misrepresented. I have used this company before, but never actually seen the flowers I have ordered before now: the recipients were too polite to be anything but pleased to receive a gift. I really do have reservations about using this company again in future.”

“Recent bouquet of carnations sent to mum for mothers day. most OK but a couple of one type were a bit old and only lasted two days. Once they were taken out the rest are fine, but would expect flowers to last more than 2 days. I was amazed at how small the cake was for it's price. Thats the last time I will buy anything extra to go with the flowers from you.”
