“Lovely flowers, arrived on time. My friend was very pleased. My only small observation would be that when she sent me a photo the day she received them they appeared to be fully open. I'd expected them to be all in bud so that they'd last as long as possible.”

“I received a message confirming that the order had been delivered 'to your safe space'. In fact the box had been left on the doorstep - no ring or knock or note. So it was unnoticed until 24 hours later. When placing the order I had no way of knowing that the letterbox was not big enough to take the box.”
