“I have used Bunches for many years as it has always been a reliable way to send flowers to the UK when I am abroad. I have always been entirely satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, the last delivery was a disaster. The delivery person claimed that there was no answer at the house and no card was left giving instructions. Hence, my bedridden cousin finally received her surprise birthday bouquet a day late. 😪”

Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear about the disappointing experience with your cousin's birthday bouquet. It's particularly upsetting when a special occasion delivery doesn't go as planned, especially for someone who is bedridden. As there was no answer when the postie attempted the delivery, this was taken back to the depot and a further delivery was made the following day. “I have used Bunches for a lot of years, for Birthdays, Anniversaries, also many types of Celebration. All the recipients have always been delighted with their Flowers or Hampers, with very positive comments about the long life of the bouquets. Bunches even rang me once to say my flowers of choice were not up to standard and would I except an alternative, their service is second to none.
