“The flowers look nice and the chocolates are nice but they weren't delivered until several days after the day I chose for delivery and delivery was £4!”

“I purchased a bouquet for Mother’s Day, but I was not impressed. The flowers arrived on time and were not damaged but they were less than impressive, not worth the amount paid and didn’t look like the image advertised. Next time I’ll stick to the high street.”

“Bunches is a great company! I have ordered from them many times and this time submitted a late order for Mothering Sunday. I chose letterbox flowers for speed and they were delivered on the Saturday before as I had requested. My Mum is always happy with the quality of the flowers she receives and I know they last well.”

“The card arrived on Thursday 3rd April for Mother’s Day, and not on Saturday 29th March as expected. I did contact customer service services and ask for a refund and was told that it was an issue with Royal mail so I didn’t get the refund. The quality of the card and print is very nice though. Delivered 5 days after order.”
