“Always a lovely selection of flowers which are well received as gifts and last well. I like the option to have a delivery that fits through the letterbox! I also like using a family company that is ethical and gives away some of their profits to help others.”

“I recently ordered two flower arrangements from Bunches to arrive on the same day at different locations, both in London boroughs. One did not arrive on the arranged day and following the tracking, ended up in Cardiff instead of in London. I emailed to that effect. The flowers that arrived were tired and certainly not worth what I had paid for them. There was no apology for this or offer to resend others. I shan't use Bunches again.”

“Wasn't really impressed with the flowers or lack of them to be honest , when my sister sent me the pics, I wasn't impressed at all , two days after her birthday I went over and took two more lots of flowers for her and ended up being cheaper”
