“I did complain about the recent flowers that I bought for my cousin who had just come out of hospital following an operation. She felt that they had been a waste of my money, Bunches did ask me to forward a pic of the flowers but due to heavy work commitments, I did not have time to visit her to take a picture of the flowers :(”

“Have used Bunches many times for the delivery of flowers for special occasions for family and friends. Unfortunately the last time used only one week ago I was disappointed when I seen them in my sisters house. I paid £36 and was quite unhappy with the display not a lot of nice flowers looked as though many extra cheap ones were input. Would have to think twice before ordering flowers again. Quite disappointed.”

“I have previously received Bunches flowers and was very impressed by the quality. On this occasion, I sent flowers - they arrived three days late. I was disappointed with what was promised versus what was discovered. I haven't dare ask the recipient about what they look like.”

“When sending a gift for a specific anniversary, it would be useful if it was made quite clear that it may not be delivered on the chosen date. That information may lead to a lost sale, rather than a lost customer for the future.”

“Disappointed with the '24' hours delivery! I was reluctant to place an order when I noticed the delivery was via Royal Mail. However the website stated that 95% of orders arrived within 24 hours. So I placed my order Wednesday afternoon. The order was dispatched to Royal Mail immediately, however it wasn't dispatched from Royal Mail until Friday afternoon! Very disappointed given the nature of the order. Bunches, change your service provider.”

“I’m really not wowed by the bouquet of flowers I ordered from Bunches. I didn’t spend a massive amount of money, but to be honest the flowers just looked a bit pathetic, nothing like the lovely picture on the website. I paid extra for gypsophelia and it came separate from the rest, not included in the bouquet. They did arrive on time though, I guess that’s the only good thing I can say.”

“Went to wrong house. Luckily it was delivered the next day. Though not in original packaging. Messaged you to enquire when they hadn’t initially arrived got great service. You then asked the condition and I replied but heard nothing else.”

“For the money I expected more of a bunch than my mum got. For almost £20 I expected a nice arrangement. When my mum showed me the flowers I was disappointed for her. I could have got a better bunch for £15 in Tesco! Not impressed and feel ripped off”
