“The flowers were ordered for the 27th April but they weren’t delivered until late afternoon on the 28 th. This isn’t good enough when they are ordered for a birthday.”

“Can we add pictures? The bouquet I ordered looked quite different to the one that arrived. Even though the recipient had kinda just put it in a vase, I could tell that there was gypsophelia etc missing, and it didn't look at all like the pic on the website. Thankfully I ordered the "large", and not the small version!”

“Really disappointed the flowers I ordered for my mums 65th birthday didn’t arrive on the day I requested I appreciate every delivery can’t be guaranteed but there was no reason given as to why they were delayed and I had ordered them days in advance Probably won’t be using them again, which is a shame as the flowers are lovely but if they can’t get them delivered on the day I need them there I’ll try someone else who maybe doesn’t use Royal Mail”

“My last order for my daughter in law’s 40th birthday. Beautiful but not many stems. I paid for extra stems. I’ve always been very happy with previous orders. Disappointed this time”

“Not convinced that I received what I ordered, I upgraded to the larrge bunch which states 17 stems and I got what looks like the standard bunch of 12 stems. Not overly impressed shame that there's no option to include a photograph !”

“Not as good as used to be. I ordered a bouquet with pink gypsophyila but it was white & hardly any at all. The flowers were not up to usual standard either. Also I used to be able to order assorted carnations but that has been discontinued now.”

“Whilst it was good - and efficient - to have a photo of my gift on my sister's doorstep, it would have been helpful to have had a message to the effect that the item was on the doorstep because there was no answer. Otherwise I'm sceptical that maybe the deliverer just knocked, put the parcel down and then departed. This often happens as delivery drivers are pressurised into fulfilling an increasing number of deliveries.”

“Hiya i never saw flowers but my sister said they were lovely - the picture of delivery left alot to be desired as just showed a white door an box in postman hand , no door number nothing, so defo not proof of delivery”

“The original date I wanted flowers delivered I was given a date of over 10 days so I wasn’t very impressed . So ended up sending the flowers as a belated birthday wish . Used bunches before and have been very happy with service in the past so don’t know what the the problem was in April”

“Ordering was easy, reasonable prices and some lovely flowers but Royal Mail let you down! Item was supposed to be delivered next day on a tracked 24 but didnt arrive until 48 hours. Not great.”

“Bought as a gift for my daughter who was pleased when they arrived on Wednesday 12 April. However, she said they were flopping on Monday 17 April when I rang her. I was therefore disappointed that they had not lasted as long as expected.”
