“Disappointed as they were for my daughter/ in-law. They were ok but delivered on the Friday and on Saturday 3 out of the 5 roses had dipped their heads, looking very sad . She was not impressed”

“I have been using bunches for a number of years but I have to admit that this time when I saw a picture of the flowers which I sent to my Mother for her Birthday I was somewhat disappointed, a somewhat sparsely arranged handful of flowers, not exactly as the online picture portrayed!”

“Flowers were lovely but they didn't get delivered on the date requested. They got delivered to another house in error with no notification. My daughter received them two days later. No compensation offered for disappointment caused.”

“I was really satisfied with the communication as I needed to change the delivery addresses after I'd ordered the flowers as my daughter was at work so the flowers needed sending to her workplace instead of home. But when she received the flowers and sent me a photo I was very disappointed with the size of the bunch and they were also delivered in a cardboard box and I thought they would have just been in a nice bouquet.”

“Flowers were left outside even though someone was in the house. My Mum is old and infirm and cannot move quickly let alone bend down to pick up packages left on the ground. She also does not have “a porch” as described by the courier.”
