“Sent thank you flowers to my granddaughter. Thought I had chosen a nice bunch but was very disappointed when she sent me a photo of the flowers. Nothing like I ordered. What happened please you are usually so good.”

“The flowers arrived the day after they were supposed to and a couple of them did not look so good. The overall punch was ok. It was a very warm day and I am sure the flowers would have looked better if they had been delivered. The flowers were for our Anniversary and the other bunch my hubby ordered also missed the date”

“I’ve used Bunches many times before, mainly to purchase bouquets of orchids. I and the people who have received them have always been delighted with the flowers, this time however, I’m afraid the orchids I received were on their last legs, blooms closing and buds dropping off frequently.”

“I was a bit disappointed 😥 as the flowers were for someone who was poorly. The description said the carnations would be in bud. They arrived the next day, which was excellent service, but they were in full bloom.”

“Very beautiful flowers but pictures are misleading. I understand that I was only receiving 6 flowers and not more but pictures show it packed in a nice rectangular upright box and I received something that could fit through my letterbox, a little underwhelming and as said misleading.”

“Surprise delivery, Bunches is new to us. Flowers do not match website image for the product. Not worth the price our friends paid. Surprised at use of oasis that we thought was environmentally out of favour, and most florists no longer use.”

“I ordered the Pretty in Peach letter box bunch of flowers for my sister, as I was on holiday for her birthday. I was a little disappointed and surprised to find on speaking to her there were no yellow freesia’s as advertised.”

“The ordering and delivery was very good. The bouquet chosen, for fragrance and colour, contained freesias and roses. Whilst freesias do not last long (which I knew) I had expected the roses to open and last a little longer which unfortunately they did not. The flowers received were comparable to a cheaper bouquet which was delivered by another supplier.”

“This is the very first 'Bunches' order (and there have been many) that I haven't been 100% satisfied with. The flowers looked a bit bedraggled and there didn't seem to be as many as I was expecting from the description and price. Even more of a shame because they were for a friend who was recently bereaved.”
