“Flowers lovely but arrived 2 days late!”

“Always use bunches. Always good service. However the last delivery wasn’t good. Flowers were left under a bush ( not the front porch as stated ). More delivery companies fault I know, but still not good service.”

“Usually Bunches are absolutely fantastic and I’ve never had a problem before. However, this time their delivery was late…3 days late! I was so annoyed. Hopefully this was a one off.”

“Was hoping it came in a plain box, as, you know, flowers are generally given as a surprise gift. Instead it has Bunches plastered over it. A big oversight which could be remedied with an option at purchase for a plain box. I really do like the flowers but the surprise was given away by the box. If this isn't a problem for you, I do actually recommend buying from Bunches. It really would've been 5 star if the surprise wasn't ruined by their branding. JG”

“I booked the flowers to be delivered on a Monday for someone's 60th birthday. They got back from a weekend away on the Monday. But you delivered them on the Sunday so they were left outside. A bit disappointed with that.”

“Great service as usual but a little disappointed that most of the flowers were already in bloom so many died within a week! Usually get plenty in bud and can last 2, and nearly 3, weeks!”

“The flowers when they arrived were lovely and much appreciated. However I had stated the day I wanted them delivered and then received a message the day before saying they were about to be delivered that morning which defeated the whole object of the gift. In the nick of time I repeated the correct day which was changed but why was it altered in the first place?”

“I was disappointed with the delivery. It was for a Friday delivery which when delivered the recipient was out. Being left a note had to travel down to the office to collect. Fortunately, had a neighbour who took her there to collect, being told it would have been Monday before these had been redelivered. This being so, I don't know what condition these would have arrived in. this is the first time I have grumbled with the service and was not your fault.”

“Ordered bouquet of yellow flowers including sunflowers (symbolic for recipient)but flowers delivered, although nice enough were nothing like those ordered so disappointed and therefore will not be using again.”

“They delivery driver did not leave the flowers on the step when no one answered the door and they were delivered the next day. They looked wilted and unhappy when they arrived. However some 20 days later I was shown what was left of the flowers, being in good condition and really pretty. They'd lasted all that time.”

“Bouquet arrived promptly on desired date in secure packaging. Though the roses looked past their best with some petals browning at the edges. Which meant being discarded after three days. Unfortunate as previous flower purchases were perfect.”

“Not very impressed with what I received. I was under an impression that I'm ordering a lovely arranged bouquet, similar to the one on a websites foto, but in reality, it was two types of flowers clobbered together next to each other in one box (little bit small for this kind of flowers), some of them damaged, which had to be arranged. Luckily I've ordered to my address rather than directly to my mums (as it was a treat for her), so I've done it nicely and handed it personally. Can supply pictures of what received if needed.”

“No problem with bunches but disappointed with royal mail didn't deliver on the 1st attempt and left no sorry we missed you card so the flowers were taken back to the sorting office. Because the resipient had no idea she was getting flowers for her birthday they were sitting on a shelf in the sorting office for a couple of day's. For that reason I won't be using bunches again,”

“Freesias arrived on time and well packaged. They are just ‘stalks’ at the moment and therefore are not the wow, how pretty, you would like when received, although they will probably last many days as they open.”
