Flowers arrived extremely promptly. Thank you very much. The quality however was disappointing. I expected the fliwers to be much fresher..

I love the flowers from Bunches but often find that I cannot use my posy points as I cannot log in to the app which is fairly disappointing.

Bought one of the most expensive flowers for an anniversary from Bunches. On checkout the message I wrote misaligned on the preview page but there was no way to correct it. Flowers arrived on time but looked tired and never really bloomed. Roses stayed shut. Things started to wilt pretty quickly and in less than a week it was all thrown away. Won’t use Bunches again as this was the second time there was an issue with the message, the previous order was missing the card. And the flowers are poor value for the outlay.

The flowers were delivered on the requested date but no one was in. They were left a card by the PO to arrange delivery but were not advised of the content so did not collect them until 4 days later. Also I paid for courier not Royal Mail.

Easy to order and got the day I need but the actual delivery looked a bit sparse when the recipient sent a photo. Ordered a more expensive bunch so it would be a good size.

As the bouquet I ordered was never received by the recipient, she died before it got there and it couldn't be forwarded to another address, I don't know who got to enjoy it instead, so I don't feel I can reasonably comment on your service.

The “bouquet” arrived on time but I was very disappointed with the size and quality of the bunch. I bought it for my sister’s birthday and she sent me a photo of them. They looked no better than a supermarket bunch of flowers. Apparently the cake tasted very good.

I chose the letterbox flowers but they would not fit through the recipients letterbox which was annoying as they had to go and pick them up from the Post Office so completely spooled the surprise. They did like the flowers when they eventually got them. Someone else sent me a letterbox delivery last week and they would nit fit through my letterbox either so I think you should really look at this as you are advertising a product which doesn't fit through most people's letter boxes.

Have used bunches many times. Delivery was fine but was disappointed in flowers this time. Very sparce for £23. Was a bit embarrassed when recipient sent photo.

The stems of the flowers were very dry on arrival because they did not have any moist material covering the ends. They needed a good soaking. The recipient was disappointed at first but eventually the flowers bloomed.

This company do beautiful flowers as you would expect for the price, but sadly they didn't arrive on time which was less than ideal for a birthday gift sent some distance. In registering my disappointment my dialogue with customer services wasn't overly sympathetic no real feeling of being a valued customer just quoting the usual disclaimers and suggesting courier service. No doubt this would have been my best option for the distance involved but I expected the destination to be considered by Bunches when deciding when to despatch, but it clearly isn't. Perhaps it would be more helpful to their customers to have this a bit more prominent when booking, rather than focus on their 95% success rate.

I've not had a problem before, so am quite happy overall. However, this time, tracking just showed a picture of a box outside my 99-year-old aunt's door. I sent the 'thinking of you' flowers because talking on the phone is difficult since she had CV19. I can't even check whether she was there to receive them. I think delivery should be to a person who can pass them on to a recipient who's not there when delivery is made. This should be discussed with your couriers.
