“Not a lot for your money.”

“I bought flowers for my mother in law for Mother’s Day and added chocolates in a tin with the order. When they arrived the flowers weren’t in any water and the tin was loose and rolled around in the box and damaged some of the stems. My mother in law said the ones that survived have come into there own since but I was disappointed at the lack of packaging and protection of the flowers.”

“I ordered flowers for my mum many times, usually being a pretty good experience and leaving her happy. However, the last delivery came with less flowers than I had ordered, which is obviously disappointing. I hadn’t checked before, so it leaves me wondering how many times this happened.”

“The flowers came a day early and I paid for nominated delivery. Also, the bunch was a lot sparser than I would hope for the price I paid. But flowers are good quality and have lasted a week already.”

“Order an arrangement of flowers which going by the information It showed that it came in a vase which to my disappointment it did not and the flowers were in no water. It was delivered a day early which was ok but was really disappointed that there was no vase as it was a gift for my mother in law for Mother's Day and was one of the reasons I selected that arrangement”

“I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for my mom for mother's day.... I visited her soon after delivery. A bunch of £5 that she bought from the supermarket looked more impressive (they were full and plentiful) whereas the 'bunches' bunch had very few in comparison. Not impressed for the amount of money charged, although pretty and fragrant, very sparse...”

“I weren’t too impressed with the flowers that I ordered for Mother’s Day . Considering the price you pay and for them to turn up without water , all the packaging to be screwed up and shrivelled the presentation was extremely poor . I won’t be ordering again .”

“Bought for my mother but really shocked at how small the bouquet was I normally go to M&S but I really like the colours in this bunch. But after seeing what I got I dont think I will be ordering again. Quite disappointed”
