I’ve used these for years & have always rated them very high however this time there was a problem with one of my orders it just didn’t arrive at all so I complained & a free bunch of flowers was sent but sadly totally different to my original order & I wasn’t pleased with their choice

Bunch of flowers arrived as planned via the courier. It didn't come with any plant food and lasted less than a week before we had to put in trash.

Not very happy . Delivery on time, flowers look nice, But the flowers died far too soon, Contacted customer service they didn't sound interested , I thought with purchasing from not so cheap florist they would of been better customer service and flowers. So now am going back to B&M flowers

I've used Bunches for a few years now and always been pleased with the flowers they've sent and as such, l had no issues with ordering Valentines flowers for my wife. The cost was £30 and I was able to pay part cash and loyalty points. I had the flowers delivered to my wife's office and when she arrived home later in the day l was very disappointed as they bore no reference to what I had ordered. A small handful of carnations with a few pieces of gypsophillia that hardly filled a small vase. I will think twice before l place another order with Bunches!

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Several of the Chrysanthemum heads had fallen off their stems into the packaging and the whole display looked jaded. Not acceptable at a price of £35. If you can't offer a decent product at this time of year you should discontinue delivering flowers. I took photos after two days that I have tried to forward to you.

Flowers that arrived didn't look the same as advertised ,a lot smaller roses arrived than what we're pictured an some damaged , won't be in in a rush to use again

I bought roses and freesias and the rose buds never really opened properly - bouquet just looked messy!

Arrived on time, as usual, but there is no way that was over £40 worth of flowers. I think I’ll be going to the garage from now.

Very disappointed. The Parisian Dream on the website at £30.50 was described as lavish. Sparse would have been a better description. They were a gift for my daughter's birthday and congratulations on a new job. They bore little comparison to the photo on the website. What a shame.

As a regular customer, the flowers we receive are usually excellent and long lasting. However, with the last order of red roses, half of the flowers had died in under a week

This is the 2nd time I have used Bunches, I paid for courier service as previously. I phoned on the day of the delivery to be told they had not left the delivery and would try again the next day. Previously I had received updates all day, a photo of where they had left the delivery as no one was in. On the website it states to get an update the night before but I didn't. The person receiving the flowers got a parcel force missed delivery card. The person who was receiving the flowers had no means of transport and it ruined the surprise. I have spoken to customer services twice about this and although an apology was made during my phone calls, all the effort to ensure the delivery was made by myself. Not very proactive in the delivery / aftersales - no option to refund the extra charge I paid for the delivery. I would think twice before using this company again, due to the delivery options and updates a shame really as the flowers are nice .

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the recipient was not available to accept the gift when the delivery was attempted. We do advise in our delivery terms that if the recipient is not home the gift will be taken to the delivery depot where they can be collect or a further delivery rearranged. As a delivery was attempted as instructed, we would not refund the carrier charge, as we cannot be held responsible for the recipient not being available when the delivery was attempted within the timeframes we advised.
