Ordering was simple and easy and flowers arrived on time and quality of blooms were good however the overall look or the flowers compared to the advertised picture was underwhelming. I had ordered the extra large bouquet and what arrived looked like a small bunch of supermarket flowers. Really don't feel they were worth the cost, will just go to the supermarket next time and save a fortune.

I’ve been a bunches user for years, and have in the past been really happy with them. However I was extremely disappointed with my last purser for Mother’s Day. The pictures on the website were nothing like what was sent, which was a scrawny selection of 9 flowers with a bit of foliage! I’m sorry bunches but I’ll be going somewhere else in the future

I ordered the pink spray roses 4 days before mother’s day. It came on time for Friday and seemed to be handled delicately. However when taking the roses out i realised they looked very small and lifeless but I dismissed it because these roses say they come in bud. One week has passed and the roses are dying and drooping with no change in their size . Was disappointed with it as i spent £30 on it for my mum only to have a £10 bouquet from morrisons be better

I was very shocked when I arrived at my mums to see how small the bunch of flowers were , unfortunately I did not take a photo but if they are still ok after a week will take one tomorrow 25/3/23

I have used Bunches before and recipients have been very pleased with them. However the Mothers Day Tulip Triumph bouquet I ordered recently was nothing like the picture on the website, and feel it wasn’t value for the money.

I bought an advertised £45 bunch of flowers for Mother's Day and I'm sorry to say that on this occasion, I was really disappointed in the flowers! This is the first time I've been disappointed with Bunches. I had them delivered before Mother's Day to ensure they arrived and I popped round the next day and got to see them. It was a small bunch with what I regard as fairly cheap flowers, mostly foliage and so definitely not worth the price.

Arrived Earlier then what I requested as I payed extra for that certain delivery day for Mother’s Day so she would have them fresh while she was away and then they arrived too early so they weren’t fresh by the time she got them. Was very upset. It’s the fact I payed more for that delivery

Was very disappointed to see the picture that my daughter sent for her birthday flowers. I ordered the EX Damson delight for the colour combination which I knew was a favourite of my daughter. The image on the website was nowhere near the flowers that arrived. They have filled out a little over the week but still a disappointment to me.

The flowers I ordered were £47 and I was underwhelmed when the recipient sent me a photo. The bunch was small with not many expensive flowers and the price did not replicate what was delivered. They arrived on time and the ordering was easy but unfortunately the flowers were not as expected and I felt that they were no better than a supermarket bunch which would have cost less than half the price. Customer service offered some advice- change the vase and wait a week to see if they change but as the flowers were bought for a bereavement I didn’t want to bother the recipient or let them know that I wasn’t happy with the service.

Pleased with the flowers but arrived a day late, even after ordering weeks in advance! I know the post office are not particularly reliable but maybe this could have been taken into account!!!

Thought it was a bit rubbish using Royal Mail, she missed the delivery and rebooked it then wasn’t in again and no option to rearrange it so I guess they got left with Royal Mail as the sorting office was to far for her to get them

I bought my mum a 3 month subscription. And to be honest she said they were all very thirsty when they arrived and 2 out of the 3 bunches never really opened properly. So very disappointed
