Unfortunately the delivered flowers did not meet expectations , either in size of bunch (I chose grand as wanted them to be impressive) or in appearance

Flowers arrived more than two days late in a very sorry state. Contacted bunches who said that a replacement bouquet would be sent but this never arrived. I'd definitely avoid, never had an issue with similar companies before.

Very disappointed. Even taking into consideration the flowers were in bud, for what we paid we thought it was a pretty sorry looking bunch.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Not very happy, bought flowers for my mums birthday, popped over today and she told me they all died after 3 days :( she didn’t want to say as it would upset me. Not happy really as they cost a fortune :(

Ordered for the 28th of April then on the 27th double checked my order to find delivery had been changed to the 29th. Double checked my order confirmation email and yes I had ordered for the 28th, flowers themselves where beautiful but not amused by bunch's changing my delivery date without even bothering to notify me.

I was delighted with the ordering process. Delighted with the delivery. However I'm saddened to say that I was left very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. I understand that they are sent in bud, but even after they had opened they looked NOTHING like the photo of what they were meant to look like. I had ordered these especially for someone very close to me who is extremely ill. I am sad to say I won't use Bunches again.

I have used Bunches for many years and the quality of the flowers has always been very good. However, their couriers or Royal Mail sometimes let them down. This time Royal Mail claimed that they had tried to deliver the flowers on the day requested and that no one was in. In fact everyone had been in and the doorbell did not ring. I was not emailed about this. It was only when I tracked delivery some days later that I found this out. The flowers were finally delivered 4 days later. Luckily my friends contacted Bunches who will be delivering a fresh bunch to them. Bunches have always been very good at rectifying problems but this has happened several times and must be as annoying to them as it is to the customer!

This was my first and last time ordering with you. The size and quality of both the flowers and the chocolates I ordered were terrible and the value for money was also not good. I would not recommend.

The flowers that arrived were very nice but not the ones I ordered. There were no Freesias or Gypsophila in the bouquet at all.

On two occasions now I have ordered flowers for special occasions only for them to be delivered late. I know that the date is not always guaranteed but the first bouquet for sympathy flowers was 3 days later and the second for a special birthday a day later. All Bunches want you to do is pay £5.99 for guaranteed date but this significantly adds to the price. Shall sadly think twice before using them any more which is a shame because they have lovely choices. Delivery definitely letting them down.

Beautiful looking orchid stems butthey dropped and all buds fell off in a couple of days after arrival. I think they must have got frosted during transit

The photos on the website are very misleading and the flowers received were not a true reflection of the website. I was very disappointed for my mums flowers

They have a nice selection of flower bunches however the delivery service was bad. I wanted flowers to be delivered on the 25th of March and they were delivered only on 27th because the package went to another city. If you want flowers to be delivered on time I suggest not to leave it till the last moment.

Quick delivery but overall disappointed with the quality of flowers. Ordered a spray carnation delivery and some of the flowers were browning and dry at the tops, few buds did not open and the flowers did not look as expected from the advertised picture.

Wouldn’t bother again. Placed an order for a specific day. Didn’t arrive. Contacted customer services who advised there had been a stock issue. No one had informed me of this and I was extremely cross that I hadn’t been contacted for choose another option.

The bouquet was much smaller than it appeared online. I thought it would appear that way at first, like other companies, however I didn’t anticipate for the bouquet to stay sparse. I would definitely go somewhere else next time!

Bunches is a great site but sadly there trustee suppliers are terrible ! Twice now I’m a row I’ve had issues with product specification and quality and sadly at first you get the generic reply until you ask them to investigate them they realise they have let their customers down …
