“These people really know what they’re doing. I chose a potted rose plant as an anniversary gift for my wife. It was beautifully presented and perfectly intact. Delivered as requested on our anniversary. I have purchased from them before and I certainly will again. Literally can’t praise or recommend these guys enough. Thanks again. “The flowers were good, but the Royal Mail delivery was not. I was notified of a delivery window that never took place. I was then notified of another slot that was delivered to a safe place. This was not great as the occupant waited in for the surprise on the first delivery; alas, the surprise was spoiled a bit.”

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait in for the first delivery window only for it not to arrive as expected, and how disappointing it was that the surprise element was affected. While Royal Mail Tracked 24 isn't a guaranteed service and delivery times can occasionally vary, we know this doesn't make the experience any less frustrating for you and your recipient.
