“Ordered letterbox flowers for wife's birthday. They arrived on the correct day albeit late in the afternoon. They didn't look to good, hoped they would recover once in water. Within a couple of days a rose flower fell off, appeared to be mouldy. Another one fell off a couple of days later. Contacted Bunches who were very apologetic and offered to send a replacement bouquet of our choice. This arrived within a couple of days and looks very good. Five stars for customer service.”
