“Purchased this plant to be sent to my daughter-in-law after she had come home from hospital. She was over he moon with it. Order was simple to place and was updated on the delivery. Excelllent service as always.”

“Although it says they are sold in bud, they look really pathetic, and if you are giving them as a gift then they look very sad and cheap. A week later they look a little better but still nothing like the photo on the website.”

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been, especially when sending them as a gift. You're absolutely right that flowers sent in bud can look quite different from our website photos initially. We do send many of our flowers this way to protect them during delivery and give them the longest possible vase life. “I didn't see the flowers concerned so have limited review to four stars. The recipient was very pleased with the contents but suggested they did need a good drink after which they "perked up". The speed with which they were delivered was also impressive, that's why I chose to use Bunches again. Fan q”

“I recently ordered two flower arrangements from Bunches to arrive on the same day at different locations, both in London boroughs. One did not arrive on the arranged day and following the tracking, ended up in Cardiff instead of in London. I emailed to that effect. The flowers that arrived were tired and certainly not worth what I had paid for them. There was no apology for this or offer to resend others. I shan't use Bunches again.”
