“Our friend loved the flowers we sent. She said they were beautiful and just the thing to celebrate her retirement. They were delivered by Royal Mail surprisingly, but perfectly for our needs, as her husband works as a postman, so he collected them at the his delivery office and actually delivered them himself. Thank you. We will definitely be using you in future.”

“Used Bunches for years but this was for my 25th Wedding Anniversary and I know we have had some extreme weather but the bunch delivered on this occasion was disappointingly very small bunch in a cardboard letter sized box :-(”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom — at which point it should look just like the image on our website. “[Bunches] took the trouble to query an incorrect postcode and when the position was expained, were willing to go the extra mile (not literally!) and made the delivery on the date originally sceduled. They were willing to think/work outside the box - and the flowers were appreciated, too!”

“Always a good selection of flowers. As stated arrived in bud ...but soon opened. Delivered on time ..but I have used Bunches for many years ..as a Christian compant just down the road from me...but if I recall rights postage used to be inclided or free. Does add a bit to the overall cost...BUT will continue to use based on the excellent service Thank you”
