“Thank you for an absolutely top class service. The mixed bunch of freesias, yellow roses and alstrameria greenery was delivered on time and was in excellent condition on arrival. It was purchased for my wife on our 63rd wedding anniversary. Now, a week later, the freesia buds have bloomed beautifully and the roses likewise. Many thanks - you will be first on my list for any future purchases!”

“Very happy with the big bunch of flowers and arrived in great condition without damage. Big shout out to riyal mail also, who delivered the item in a safe place as my mom wasn't home at the time....so she still got her mother's day gift. Will recommend bunches...and I'll use them again. Thanks.”

We're sorry to hear the bouquet wasn't quite what you were hoping for! Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging on arrival, and given a day or two to bloom it should open up beautifully to match the image you saw online. “Ordered flowers for delivery on Mother’s Day an booked that date. Arrived the Monday after a was told it due to Royal Mail 24 hours delivery process. Not good enough when this not specifically highlighted on website. Won’t be using again after being told not Bunches fault and when contacting there no refund, offer of recompense just a sorry. Don’t put dates will be delivered on if going to be day after especially as you no control over the actually delivery. Plenty other companies out there who deliver on the day.”

“Paid extra for a Sunday delivery for Mother's Day and it arrived 2 days late. Defeats the whole purpose of paying extra for something to arrive in time for an occasion. Such a shame because the flowers are beautiful and the choice available is great.”
