“The flowers were delivered on time and my nana loved them however some looked as though they were dying already and didn’t look as full as I’d hoped even after a few days to let them open up. I am very disappointed that the flowers were also delivered with no card with the note I wrote to my nana so she had no idea who they were from which ruins the surprise of sending someone flowers with a little heartfelt message.”

“I bought a Pink Lemonade Afternoon Tea for a very good friend's 80th birthday.I had no idea what I was going to buy & then received an email from Bunches which gave me this wonderful gift idea. It was easy to order & totally suitable as she is teetotal! It was delivered early on the day requested & she was delighted. I was kept up to date on progress of order at all times & couldn't have asked for more, so thank you very much for making her day so special - well worth the money too as her granddaughter, who was visiting, also enjoyed it - a day to remember.”
