“Arrived on time, thank you. Upon opening was more than a little underwhelmed with what had been included. However, I followed the instructions and hoped that they would look better once bloomed (as per the notes) but alas, no. I feel you pay more for the delivery than the quality and amount of flowers.”

“The flowers bought for my Wife's birthday arrived on time as promised. The packaging was more tha adequate and the flowers therein were as fresh as if they had just been picked. Even after a week the flowers look absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this supplier to anyone.”

“One star for the flowers and two for customer services = 3! For the first time ever, both I and the recipient were disappointed with the flowers from Bunches. I had ordered the Amethyst Dream but what arrived looked like something from a garage forecourt costing about £3.99 rather than the £23 I had paid. On sending photos to customer services, I received a reply almost immediately, telling me that the flower would open further and contact them again if we were still unhappy. The issue has not yet been resolved but the disappointment of the recipient on her special day will not be forgotten. Great customer service, but can't say that about the flowers this time.”

“Great service and easy to use ! Ordered flowers to arrive on a Sunday and they were there by early afternoon as promised!
